After spending considerable time in making a selection for my Mothers Birthday from the Birthday selection I was extremely disappointed that the flowers sent to my Mother bared no resemblance to those ordered. I enquired as to a refund but was told in no uncertain term, flowers were delivered there for no refund.
What is the point of giving customers a choice on arrangements and types of flowers only to ignore the request. A very poor show, I will never use this company again and advise others to do the same.

Ordered flowers for a same day delivery only to find that 3 hours later they could not fulfil the order. To make matters worse, I now have to wait 4 days for my refund!

Order accepted and payment taken. Following day order cancelled as they could not fulfil. Full refund promised within 3 to 5 days. 21 days later and 4 chasing emails still the same evasive answers. No conclusion and no refund (£70) Absolutely unacceptable

Flowers were not delivered due to 'No florist available' It would have been nice if they hadn't waited until the day before the required delivery date to tell me I have now been waiting for nearly a month for the refund which they say has been 'flagged' with their finance department. Sounds to me like I have been conned.

The only reason im giving 1 star is because -1 is not an option.
Ordered flowers for next day delivery, received an email the following day to tell me thier were no local florists available and I would received a full refund within 5 working days, that was over 1 month ago. What an absolute SCAM stay well clear

How is this business even continuing to exist? Wish I had read the reviews prior to placing an order with them.

Same story as others, ordered flowers for next day delivery. E-mail came back that they could not meet the request and funds would be credited in 5 - 10 days. Now at 25 business days and no refund.

Promised same day delivery, could not honour it!
Told me an immediate refund had been processed.
Not the case. Had to email every day to eventually receive a refund. Shocking company!

Flowers just like the picture and delivered really quickly would buy again and recommende buying from here .

Great service as flowers were delivered on same day as ordered. Communication has also been very good as ordered confirmed promptly and confirmation again when flowers were delivered. I would be happy to use this service again.

I ordered some flowers for my friends birthday and the arrangement that arrived was stunning. I wish all the flowers I ordered looked like that

Terrible. Used this site as needed next day which was advertised as guaranteed. Nothing turned up and number to contact had me on hold for half an hour just to leave a voicemail. Made no attempt to re-deliver, now waiting on refund in 3-5 days, im not holding high hopes after reading other reviews. Lesson learned - check reviews before ordering as it seems to be a scam!

Do not trust this website I ordered flowers five days ago the next day Delivery and have been constantly chasing it up. Finally got a response today saying they were unable to complete the order and would wish you a refund within 5 to 10 days. Completely ruined something nicer with doing for someone who was really unwell.

then Youve come to the right place so proceed with your order and part with alot of money for guaranteed artery-busting frustration in trying to get your money for a failed service back. Good Luck.

I have yet to receive my refund after so many lame responses from them.
It appears that i am being deliberately stalled.
Trading Standards have been contacted.

The flowers were beautiful and were delivered on time the very same day. Customer satisfaction is perfect and a far better all-round buying experience when compared to another certain very well known flower delivery organisation. Thank you.

Avoid this service. I placed an order a month ago that was never delivered, and despite two written promises that a refund was being processed, no money has returned to my account. Their customer service is responsive in words but fails to take any actual action.

Didn’t deliver the flowers. They could find a local florist.
I had to ask for a refund. That was 10 days ago. The refund hasn’t arrived I will contact my credit card company to chase this up.

I have ordered flowers to be delivered today (18th of May) and it was not delivered. I tried to call them few times, waited more than 30 min, no one answered and in the end line disconnected. Sent email - no response. The flowers were nearly £100 plus I had to pay nearly £10 for delivery and in the end no money no flowers. Dissapointing.
