Great experience using the service of flysmarter. Quick and helpful answers via email helped to solve our problem: we had to change a flight in our arrangement but did not have booked the flights with possibility of cancellation. With a small fee of 60 euros per passenger we were instead able to cancel and rebook the flights in the wished way. Wonderful!

I booked a ticket with baggage and before processing the payment, checked once more to make sure that my ticket had baggage included. BUT, during check-in process, I had to pay extra for the baggage. NEVER TRUST THIS SCAM!!!

Great tech support / not easy to find the booking number
I wasn't able to find my booking number in the ticket that i got by email, but the support helped me within minutes. Now as I am logged in wothin the airline, everything seems to be fine.

We have been writing since Friday 05.12.2025 requesting for CORRECTION of child's Names on tickets to align with the Travel documents because while booking the system erroneous picked the mother’s first names and replicated as child's name and upto now there is no correction done and the trip is in two days.

I booked a ticket on November 28 and got a confirmation of payment. But on Dec 3, so after 5 days (and after I asked) I got the following: “Dear Sir/Madam, Unfortunately the airline has not confirmed your seats for the booking with order number 2329058. We apologize but, unfortunately, this is outside of our control. We have reported the incident to the airline and the global reservation system. Your booking is cancelled and we have repaid you in full. Best regards, FlySmarter”
I was astonished and asked for a better solution as the information came only after 5 days (a delay, which is clearly INSIDE the control of FlySmarter) and meanwhile the flight costs minimum 343 instead of 243 EUR, so more than 41% more expensive, which would have been less of a difference, if I had been informed earlier. So getting me the ticket for the original price and covering the delta would only be appropriate after such a late information to the customer. Moreover my 243 EUR have NOT arrived on my credit card account, not even a preannouncement arrived. I informed FlySmarter about this yesterday (December 3) directly after learning about the issue, but no reaction on the matter, just the information I got after asking had been sent a few hours earlier already – and not arrived, But even if it had arrived also that was only after 5 days. I would expect a swift information how FlySmarter would mitigate the issue, e.g. as I described above. If the ticket really could not be saved with a reasonable mitigation investment from FlySmarter I would expect a swift transfer of my money, instead telling me I got repaid, while it was not true and now having me in double limbo with no ticket and no backpayment.

Unsolicited spam, no customer service
They keep spamming me with unsolicited email on a daily basis. I made the mistake of booking a ticket through their website and now they won’t stop spamming me. After asking them to stop this they told me, yes, they will stop, but the spamming continued. Then I was told they can’t stop because of bla bla bla. I will not use their service again as their customer services is just awful.

I booked my flights with flysmarter due to a very good price. I had issues with checking into my flight as the reference number was missing. I then contacted the flysmarter support via email and got immediate feedback / help (and it was a Sunday evening). Therefore, I am quite satisfied with the service.
