They ruin your holiday before it even starts. They provide flight connections you simply will not catch. Support barely exist. So if you want to avoid sleeping at an airport, don’t fall for this „agency“. Of course they don’t offer compensation for anything. Just like you want to be scammed

All connection times are calculated by the airlines and airports so that you will have enough time to reach the next flight. If the connection time is not met it's not possible to book the flights.

As shown in the e-mail to you there was enough connecting time and the connection was valid.

This is a scam!!

This is a scam!!! I booked so called rebookable tickets only to find out that in order to change the date of the flight you will need to pay a hefty price difference!!! which ends up costing even more than the original ticket price itself!! AVOID!!!

You asked us to check specific dates and we presented you the price we received from the airline. My experience with Fly smarter

It's the 1st time that I am booking with "Fly smarter" and I do not have ANY complaints.
Everything worked smoooth and fine from searching for flightds up to sending the e-tickerts.
A call to their customer service desk with a special question from my side was answered to my full satisfaction.
Now hopefully all the flights I booked will go as smooth as the booking :-)

Great Service & truly Kind … Thumbs Up on customer obsession

Flysmarter not only offers really cheap flights , this time I got a flight for 36 euros from Luxembourg to london with a 23 kg check in bag. That May have been a one off lucky situation but most importantly I would say I feel very satisfied with the customer service. Email responses are so fast, prompt, friendly and kind. Thumbs up to Flysmarter - I love using it

Great support for our Honeymoon booking

I booked our honeymoon trip to the US through FlySmarter and had a really good experience. We had a multi-city trip planned, which can be tricky, but their customer service was super helpful and made it all easy. What I appreciated most was how quickly they responded, usually within a few hours. They were always friendly and polite, and they actually listened to what I wanted. All my requests were handled without any back and forth or problems. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely use them again. I have booked series of flights with them and everything worked out great. Since I didn't have the possibility to ask for special meals on my flights when booking, I wrote to customer service about my concern and in no time they had my request booked.

Hidden Dates, No Transparency, €60 Fee to Cancel Within Minutes

I booked a flight through FlySmarter and was shocked to find that the final travel dates were not clearly shown before payment on the mobile browser. The route and dates were hidden in a collapsed dropdown above the payment button, which I overlooked — a critical detail that should have been clearly displayed before confirming.

Immediately after payment, I realized the dates were wrong and contacted their support within minutes — well within the 24-hour cancellation window that Austrian Airlines (the operating carrier) honors with a full refund.

Instead of forwarding the request to the airline, FlySmarter imposed a €60 per person cancellation fee, even though Austrian would have refunded the full amount. They gave me a 2-hour window to respond or lose the refund entirely — far short of the 24 hours I should have had.

FlySmarter claims to “follow the airline’s rules,” but clearly doesn’t, and their poor interface design contributed directly to the booking mistake. Key booking information was hidden, and their service policy is not disclosed upfront — especially the €60 cancellation fee, which was only revealed after I asked to cancel.

This felt like a trap: misleading interface, no refund transparency, and zero flexibility. I will never book through FlySmarter again, and I strongly caution others, especially for international or time-sensitive travel.

In the booking process we have 4 steps, step 1 is choosing the flights and step 4 is payment. On each step we always show the itinerary that you chose at step 1. On step 4 before making the payment the itinerary is shown at the top of the website.

We are not trying to mislead anyone, we have the itinerary on every step so that you at any that can make sure that you book the flights that you want.

It's correct that we do that an administration fee for handling a cancellation, this is to cover the costs that we have for your booking, even if it's later cancelled.
