Sent me a faulty phone. It can happen but the 9 day wait to replace it was not good customer service and highlights that it's better to deal with UK based companies. The wait is because you have to return it to an address in the UK and then wait for them to send it back to Dubai. Shame as I had bought 4 phones from them previously, you live and learn!

Quick service great prices and brilliant product well happy with my purchase

My Galaxy A5 phone arrived on schedule and fire up first time. The price was the best for this phone that I could find and delivery was free. I am very happy with the transaction.

This dual-sim S6 is decent. I placed the order in Thursday morning and received it in the following Monday. It was shipped from Dubai to Manchester. The original charger is not compatible with UK sockets. But it's ok since the seller sent an adapter along with it.

I did a lot of research before making my purchase. Unfortunately you can't get dual simply phones in UK.
Anyway having decided on the phone I placed the order with Fonis. They sent emails as promised and the item arrived in 3 days as promised and as specified.

Was sceptical about buying from this company as they had the cheapest prices. However I thought I would give it a try and I am very glad I did. Website was great, delivery was quick and phone works perfectly. Only slight problem was that it was not a UK model and came with a two pin plug but they do give you a travel adapter for this. I will be purchasing from them again!

Honestly I initially had reservations buying from FONIS. I placed my order and they kept to their words. Best comparable prices around, quality service and got value for your Money. The phone with a 32GB SD card in it and also a power adapter. I will buy again and refer friends.Can you cover delivery to more countries and even Africa?

I'm always cautious purchasing anything from a company outside the UK, particularly higher value items. However, I ordered on Thursday and the phone was delivered first thing the following Tuesday morning. The process was swift and efficient.
I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely use and recomend fonis again.

RELIABLE excellent services

Started off with their online question and answer service..and got my questions answered quickly and to my satisfaction. After buying.. got a call saying item wasnt in stock abd was offered another option..which i took.. tracking service started the next day.. and item arrived after 3. Item was newly boxed and works great..they also included a uk adapt abd screensaver.. So great service..no problems.

My experience with Fonis was very straightforward. Order, track, receive.
My tracking took just over 24 hours after processing was complete before it was possible, but then I was impressed with the level of detail my S6 took before it reached me. I saved a good £250+ on the UK street price of the phone so I'm very happy. When the new Samsung tablets are released I think I know where I'll be purchasing it from. Thank you Fonis :)

I just recently bought the Gold/Platinum S6 64Gb for my wife and she loves it to bits, maybe too much. "Where's my tea woman?"

Anyways I have to say at first I was a bit sceptical about ordering from Fonis but, after reading a few reviews i gave it a shot to see how true they are to their word and now as you can tell, I'm very pleased with how smoothly the transaction went and how fast it got delievered, very happy overall. "Except she forgot my biscuits"

Oh well my wife is over the moon with it and can't seem to get off it but, now i feel all alone and cold, so to cheer myself up Fonis i say this, "I'll Be Back", after next months pay, so be sure to have a Galaxy S6 128GB in black sapphire in stock ready for me. I need "My Precious" too.

Cameras, Performance, Look, All fine

Bought a Galaxy S6 dual SIM. Phone was delivered on time. The home button on the S6 was loose, in the same way as described in this youtube video which you can find by googling: galaxy s6 loose home button

The phone works, but the looseness of the button is not normal (I have owned S4 and S5 and seen another persons S6 none of them have loose home buttons), and my fear is that this could become a problem in the future. Plus why should you accept this on a brand new phone?

I reported this to the customer service team who asked me to send them back the phone so they can have it REPAIRED, if they deem it defective (which is a big IF). That was their response for a BRAND NEW phone -- they offered to repair it, which is unacceptable when what you paid for is a brand new phone, and repairs carry all other sorts of risks. What they should have done was send out another new one immediately and asked me to send this one back. We went back and forth over email a few times, but they were a pain to deal with. So I am taking my chances with the loose button phone.

Bottom line, very poor customer service, so I will certainly never buy from them again and suggest that if you want to avoid this type of a situation, you make your purchase elsewhere.

I was somewhat worried about buying from Dubai with shipment to the UK, But wanted the Galaxy S6 Dual Sim that I could not source in the UK.
It arrived on the Friday (with great tracking) having ordered on the Monday evening.
I will be ordering again.
