I believe the delivery and information given of where the item was, being shipped from, to and the details given on Aramex was excellent.

I am from Zimbabwe, and have currently not received the item, but it is on its way back from the UK, with friends. I should receive it next week. So will follow up on a review on the actual product itself next week.

I bought 3 phones and all are brand new and price are good as well. Got my items on time

i bought my samsung s6 blue from fonis.com,very cheap arrived from dubai within four days and you can make a payment by paypal.i just find out some thing is wrong with my phone ,mobile data button is missing from setting.I phone up the customer service [02033895538] and she told me email to customer support .i did email them 24 hours ago still waiting,07/07/15.you can not speak to technical department and they will not call you.

No problems at all; product arrived very quickly, and very well-packed.

Easy to track progress of the order, which despite coming from Dubai was delivered 4 days after ordering. And very pleased with the new tablet.

My phone was dispatched from Dubai. I have placed the order in Saturday evening and it arrived on Wednesday lunchtime. Very neat experience, you can track your order, don't need to pay any hidden fees. Telephone was unlocked to any service provider. I would buy again and recommend to anyone. 10 out of 10!

My Phone came from Dubai (hmm) but much cheaper than shops in the UK and exactly the same as in the shops. The courier was a bit of a pain because they wouldn't leave it in a safe place if I wasn't home and if you want out of hours deliveries you have to pay.

Bare in mind that Fonis is sourcing stock from Europe so your item may not be supplied UK plug fitting but they did include a EU adaptor. Fonis may well be based outside the UK. I would use again as the price was very good and delivery excellent

It cane when quoted even though from Dubai. Phone powered up in Russian but was easily changeable to English. The charger was European which suited me because I have several UK ones.

Cautious of a non-Uk site with no UK consumer protection, I thought I'd try them out with a low-value purchase before chancing my arm on a £300 mobile. So ordered a bluetooth selfie stick to see what would happen. Ordering process easy enough, but delivery didn't make it in the promised time. Also the BT selfie doesn't work as described. If it was UK company I'd ask for my money back. All in all, not going to chance the mobile cos the peace of mind is probably of a UK purchase worth an extra £30.

Love this phone, easy to use. Lots of apps available. Used to always have Nokia phones. No more. Had a new one with windows op sys and could not get on with it.

Arrived within 3 days as stated didn't realise you were based in dubai lol but item arrived well packed factory sealed as described great communication will be buying myself a new one from you in the future nice to deal with a good company for a change!
