The insoles fitted well and the cut away markings were helpful. Takes a while to get used to the extra support but very comfortable after two or three times wearing for a short time each.

These are the second pair I have & are brilliant for collapsed arches. Certainly help inserted into shoes & slippers. Bought first pair a few years ago & still going strong. Decided to get another pair to fit inside various footwear. Easy to insert, fit well & don’t move. They’ve eliminated painful aching feet & legs. Perfect.

Good website, concise but quality information on products that helped me choose the most appropriate insole which has already improved an issue with Mortons Neuroma that's been getting more painful. Since using the insoles, the pain has subsided - so far, so good. I will definitely be purchasing another pair from Footactive.

These insoles give great relief for my Metartarsalgia. They initially felt strange with the raised area, but I soon got used to it. I now have some in both pairs of walking boots.

Service efficiency, quality of products

The customer service was very good I had questions and I got responses very quickly with useful advice too? The insole is much better than my original memory foam one. So far so good.

I have given it 4stars only because it took over 2 weeks for the inner soles ,everything else was fine
