Worst experience I have ever had with an online shopping site!! Ordered Ravens shoes for my husband that should’ve been tan, black, purple and have the Ravens emblem on them, spent $70 on them all for them to come in very late and the shoes was the completely wrong order!! Not to mention the shoes that did come in are so cheaply made, really are worse than the knock off Hey Dudes from SHEIN and Temu! If I could attach a picture to this review I would, but trust me I would never purchase from this site if I were you!

Absolutely horrible. Do not order from them. I ordered a pair of Hey Dudes with NFL team print as a Christmas present Dec 6. I never received it. Instead, this week, I received a black woman’s blouse by mistake. Footgearlocker is showing item as delivered so PayPal denied my case. Both of these companies are terrible. I’m getting rid of PayPal now too.

Ordered a pair of snoopy dudes for my mother for Christmas on 12/17. I knew they weren’t real hey dudes but they looked good enough on the website. I’ve got several email about quality check and that it was shipped. Except it in 7-14 days. Never got a tracking number and it’s been over 2 weeks now. Wish I would have seen these reviews before purchasing.

I am a very honest person, I ordered some tennis shoes from my favorite team Cruz Azul along with my last name, yes they sent them to me they are very pretty but they did not send them to me in the correct size, they offered me a 50% discount to order them again and I accepted since I liked how they looked but they sent them to me too big again I decided to cancel them and get my money back, they asked me for photos, I sent them and they did not want to return anything, now I have 2 pairs of tennis shoes with a very large size on which I spent about $150 dollars and look what I have left from this page Fut gearlocker I do not recommend it.

I wish I would had seen this Trustpilot link before I bought my boyfriend a pair of these shoes for Christmas! Not only does the die job look like a kindergartner did them, but the chemical smell is so bad we had to shove them back in the bag. The sizes are wrong and the insoles are cheap. I wish Hey Dudes knew these idiots were using their name to sell this CRAP!!
Good luck reaching them for a refund. They won't reply. Complete rip off. Don't buy!

Order a pair of Stich Adidas. Not even a genuine Adidas Shoe or Disney. Cheap knock offs. Ask for a size 10 sneaker. Shoes shows 41.

Said I would get before Christmas and I received 1/8/25. No tracking info. The product disappointed. Can't even see the names. Not real hey dudes. So pissed off I paid $125.00 for junk. It was gifts for our parents. Now I have to find something else for them.

Ordered some Dr. Who Shoes through them as a Christmas gift on Dec. 2, got email confirmation and later received details saying the shoes were done and being shipped with an arrival estimated a few days before Christmas. It's now Jan. 7 and I've never even gotten any additional updates. I contacted the company a week before Christmas to get an update and they basically blew me off saying the shoes were still in the production phase and would ship when they ship. Not what I signed up for and paid around $70 for (including) expedited shipping. The company represents to be out of the UK, yet their merchandise is shipping via China Post (go figure). And though I do have a tracking number, it's been bouncing around China for nearly 20 days now...I highly doubt I will ever receive my order, and if I do, it will be an extremely poorly made knock off based on what I'm reading from other complaintants. Huge SCAM! Don't waset your money here.

I ordered a pair of Grinch Hey Dudes for my husband for Christmas not knowing until they arrived that they were cheaply made knockoffs. My husband wears a size 14 Men and that is what I ordered. I have never ever questioned the size of a "size 14" shoe or had too. When the shoes arrived, they came in a plastic bag (definitely not Hey Dude) and felt like a child's shoe. I tried to put my foot in the shoe and I couldn't. I wear a women's 10. A size 14 should fall off my foot and I couldn't even get them on. For almost a week, I have emailed Footgear and they will not take responsibility for this issue and will only offer my 20% back or 50% on a reorder. I couldn't even order a shoe big enough from them to fit a size 14. I have filed a claim with the bank.

I ordered Penn State Hey Dudes—they’re (very) cheap knockoffs that shipped from China. I’ll never order from Footgearlocker again.

I recieved shoes that were not what I ordered. They were Red Liverpool shoes with white stripes. Well, the ones I got were Liverpool alright, white stripes with black soles, and writing on the back that was suppposed to have the lettering YNWA, instead it had YNA. This company is from England and to not know that YNWA stands for You Never Walk Alone is ridiculous. They have yet to respond to my concerns, which pretty much tells me that they are telling me to piss off. Don't buy from here.

This is one of the worst rip off scam sites on the web. They even scammed Trust Pilot into believing it was a legit website. All of their items are cheap knock offs, & actually can be sued for claiming these are Hey Dudes! Do not buy from them unless you want to throw away your money. Buyer beware!!

Not even a 1 star. SCAM! Ordered on 11/26 and never received item. Wanted to change 1.00 to speak with customer service 🙄

Scam alert! Ordered and was charged but never given an order confirmation. I emailed the company and they told me the order was not completed, but I was charged???
