Flawless service and over the top customer service
First of all all the normal stuff, delivery, communication, easy returns prompt refunds 10/10 must say not only rapid but also outside of working hours just incredible.
But what set this apart is the dedicated customer service. They took the time to speak to me and went over and above to ensure that I would find the perfect shoes for my feet.
You sometimes get efficient shops that don't really care about customers or awesome personalized service that falls down due toong waits or late refunds. I found that this guy's have it all, don't overthink it and get your shoes here, we need more shops like this and more folk like Colin, truly an awesome experience, will be back to get winter boots in a few months!

I was really pleased to buy Lems from the UK. Unfortunately the boots I ordered had a fault, Footworks were amazing: replied to my email within the day and sent me a new pair of shoes by the weekend. I have been so impressed and so delighted by my shoes and the Footworks company.
