Poor print quality
The printing delivery was quick, which I appreciated. However, the quality was poor. I mailed my scrapbooks to Forever for digitizing, so I expected the print quality to be excellent. Unfortunately, several of the pages were fuzzy, inconsistently. I have been pleased with the print quality in the past, so not certain why these weren't good.

I was able to reach a support member within a very short time. She was very knowledgeable about the subject and was able to answer my questions quickly and so that I understood completely. Unlike so many companies' support, I not only was talking with a real person, I FELT like I was talking to a person, not a robot with standard answers. She genuinely cared that I had a problem and that the problem was solved to my satisfaction.

Someone responded quickly and fixed my activation problem when moving Artisan4 to a new laptop. We decided to upgrade the Historian program. Both programs are great. I have been a long time customer and have always been satisfied with the online help.
