Ozempic/zepbound journey

The experience so far has been really good. Ozempic is a slow weight loss process but I made the switch to zepbound with no issues. The response from medical and non medical staff has been awesome! I hope to see better results in the next few months! 🙂🙂

The Help I Needed..

So far, the experience has been awesome. It only took 2 days for a practitioner to reach out. They answered all the questions I had. The experience has been decent and I feel like I was heard

Very hard to get the medication

I like the concept of their website. But, I thought that paying would give me a faster service for medication prescription, which is REALLY not the case. I have been trying for a whole week, to get an acne cream prescribed. The website recommended I used their pharmacy -pocketpills. I said yes. Pharmacy texted me that the medication is in shortage (yet theres no shortage announced by medication company..). Now pocketpills is telling me I myself need to call multiple pharmacies to see if they have it in stock??? I requested a transfer to my pharmacy and they said no. My pharmacy needs to call them. This is crazy bureaucracy for nothing. I couldve just try and contact my doc to get my prescription and I wouldve gotten it within 2 days max. This has been going on for a whole week. Well, lesson learned! Will not use Livewell again.

Edit to add another star for customer service who helped me out after posting this review. I finally got my medication to my pharmacy without issue (no shortage who knew…)

They give you ozempic for 200 dollars…

They give you ozempic for 200 dollars less than your family practitioner would ask for. I was very happy with the pricing.

The service is excellent. It was available to me in NB which has limited options. They answered my questions and I felt safe that I was getting a good option for my medical needs.
