One agent at Fortect saved my files
One agent in particular at Fortect was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient. Some of the AI is revolting...in 3 months I've received over 350 AI-generated emails that are totally useless to me and they opened about 12-15 tickets.
If not for the AI impositions and form letters that cause an indignity to Fortect's human customers, it would be an awesome service.

Great Software, the software looks on your computer for many issues it may having and runs scans to fix. my computer always runs faster, i had a flickering issue and Fortect software also found and fixed that issue. I highly recommend buying this software. Also the tec support gets back to you very promptly with answers.
