Great organisation to do the TAE with, Debbie and Richard were a great support. All the materials were very current and suitable for the course and self-paced provided enough support and guidance to complete on my own.

Completing the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment was an incredibly rewarding experience. I thoroughly enjoyed diving into the principles of adult learning and competency-based training, especially the opportunity to design and deliver sessions that were both engaging and practical. The course gave me the tools to tailor learning to diverse cohorts, apply formative assessment strategies, and foster psychologically safe environments—skills I now use confidently in my workplace training. I found the mix of theory and hands-on application particularly valuable, as it allowed me to immediately implement what I was learning in real-world scenarios.

Excellent facilitator in Richard, who was clear in his instruction and always available either in person, via email or video call to clarify questions, give encouragement and provide feedback on progress, making the whole process a lot less daunting and allowing learners to lean into their strengths

It is a great learning experience with Fortress learning. Jane is a fabulous TAE trainer and assessor. She is very friendly and approachable. Her suggestions and recommendations greatly improved my understanding of the RPL assessment requirements, especially for the evidence. that is the reason why I can complete my RPL process quickly for my qualification.
