I continue to be amazed at the complete…

I continue to be amazed at the complete professionalism, dedication, commitment and extreme help provided to me from the great folk at ForwardMe. I was having problems with completing a shipping order and the folk there went above and beyond my expectations. They helped me through every step of the way, always VERY polite and VERY kind and helpful through EVERY step. I cannot say enough about these folks. I highly recommend hem for all your parcel forwarding and personal shopping needs. I only wish I would have found them a long time ago. Excellent Service

I use mail forwarders in various countries on a regular basis. I think that ForwardMe is one of the best. They offer assisted buying services on sites that others don't (e.g. mercari US), their customer service is friendly and quick to respond, and their shipping fees are on par with everyone else. I received my order within a few days of paying for shipping. I'd highly recommend ForwardMe.

Great Service

Very easy and straight forward to set up an account and use. I was expecting to only have 1 or 2 shipping options for international delivery, but was pleasantly surprised when I was given 5 different shipping options to select from. My items arrived in the exact same condition as the pre shipping photos.
Overall, I am very happy with the service and will use ForwardMe.com again in the future.

WARNING: Insurance is a fraud!

WARNING! Insurance is a fraud.

I used this service twice. Use of the website is a little clumsy, but overall it was fine. I even signed up for their paid membership.

However, when I booked (and paid for) consolidation for the latest shipment leaving clear instructions, they stuffed my goods in a larger box and they got damaged. I had paid for insurance, and immediately filed a claim. Then Forwardme.com stalled me for months, kept going in circles, asking the same questions over and over. Eventually they declined to refund anything. I lost a few hundred dollars.

UPDATE: After posting my review here, the company immediately contacted me and offered a refund of 200 USD which is about half the damages. I accepted the compromise.
