I've ordered a remote release shutter, It didn't work despite changing the battery, I've sent an email and received a short, dry response to send it to them but no estimate time of repair/delivery, and no return label, so I'd have to cover the cost of sending it back when I already spent money on delivery. Not very respectful.

Ik heb e.e.a. zojuist even nagekeken. Echter ik zie hier geen mailtje omtrent een afstandbediening. (Gecontroleerd op: natalia.*********@******.****) Het bestel nummer waar je aan refereert is van 8 oktober 2019 (!). Dat is op het moment bijna 2 jaar oud. Zou graag een mail van je ontvangen zodat het opgelost kan worden. Overigens berekenen wij geen verzendkosten! De regel "already spent money on delivery" kan ik dan ook niet plaatsen. Ik vermoed dat je ons verward met een ander....

Great service, just a little of dust due to the plastic flakes.
Perfect product conditions, good delivery timing, only one thing: please wrap the lens before put it in the box with all plastic flakes, few of them broke during the transportation and a lot of super small plastic dust went inside the focus and zoom rings :(
