Always friendly, always helpful, and always seem to want to help rather than try and find a reason to say no. Good company with great staff and would recommend.

The underwriter Tom and our BDM Shirli were fantastic escalating the application to ensure an offer was provided to ensure the purchase didn't fall through and they also took a common sense approach to underwriting with regards to the source of deposit

The most understanding specialist Lender ever and I`m saying it as a mortgage adviser myself having dealt with many lenders before. FHL treat every case individually and take time to understand your situation and needs. Definitely, by far the best specialist Lender out there IMO.
