Been using this site now for several months, depositing with no issues. Log in today to be told my account has been closed because they need to variety who I am with proof of name & address. Surly this needs to be done BEFORE you let players deposit money?? They’re happy to take your money without proof of address & name but when you win and want to withdraw your account is closed. I’m unsure if the gambling ombudsman would be in favour of this. Thankfully I have all the proof of what I deposited, what I’ve won and what I’m legally entitled to withdraw but this site is blocking my withdrawal by closing me account meaning I don’t have access to my money. I have written a full report to the gambling ombudsman and sent over all evidence.

as per reading the reviews. I am also here for the same reason. I deposited and won significant amount. Withdrew it and as said will take about 4 hours to reach the bank, then been asked to prove documents which I have. No respond! My account get restricted due to no reason even on live chat they didn’t respond to my questions and been ignored.

NEVER and I mean NEVER play here, all was going well until I received a big win, I won £1000 and tried to withdraw my winnings on the Thursday of last week, it stayed 1-3 buissness days which I thought originally was abit long however understood as it was a large sum of money, I got on with it until the next day my account had been suspended without reason, my withdrawals were put on hold and I had no access to my account, I contacted support to only be told it’s a technical issue, I uploaded multiple documents in this time (which are all valid) to be told they were not, after going backwards and forwards finally getting my account unsuspended on the sunday, since then (it is now Monday night) I have contacted support multiple times about my withdrawals only to be told they’re on hold due to a technical error, which I also know is flase due to my friend withdrawing £460 earlier today. THEY ARE A SCAM AND ONT WANT TO PAY PEOPLE WHEN THEY WIN

Just won £140 on here but still waiting for it to reach my bank so not sure what the bad reviews are about as I've heard a lot of good things about this site 😁

Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose thats just how it is on all online casions, i deposit the odd fiver or tenner every now and then and the majority of the time withdraw a profit my net deposits are always up, if you’re giving a bad review because you’ve sat and poured loads of money into even when you’re losing then it’s your own fault if you’re losing quit while your ahead don’t keep putting more into it a bad days not gonna change by wasting more money

Withdrawal takes way too long… 2 day processing time is longer than some of the most dodgey casinos. Don’t offer fast payout but happy to take money quicker than anything. Live casino is very limited as well. So overall I’d advise against playing here. They willingly choose to have such an awful withdrawal time as the technology is there.
