Dear Peter, we totally share this frustration and understand you. Price increase is always very unpleasant to anyone. Though it was not sudden. We did send a newsletter in advance (November 2023) explaining that we are facing price increase for almost everything too (datacenter expenses, hardware, software licenses, etc.). All these caused a price increase for our hosting services.

Hosting that gives incorrect information
I used this hosting for exactly a year. Before I started using the services of hosting and website builder, I wrote to support and clarified a few points. The fact is that my site is dedicated to the topic of gambling, it is very important for me not to violate the rules of hosting or any jurisdiction, so I clarified in advance whether it is possible to use hosting services with such content. Technical support told me that, of course, it is possible, and also recommended Dutch servers, since there would be no problems. A year later, my hosting is blocking me for violating the rules, because the site contains content that is dedicated to gambling. When I asked support how this happened, they said that I did not clarify this information with them and it was all untrue. I would like to note that the site was created on their sitebuilder, everything was fine for a year, and then they blocked me. I made a transfer to another hosting, but as it turned out, when transferring I need to pay for the site license, because it was made on their builder, I was not notified about this anywhere before. I do not recommend using this service; they have repeatedly misled and provided incorrect information.
