Just made an order on DHGATE as urgent (seller say sent in 24 hours BY DHL) : 3194903613

Problem is that my order is in security verification, i was in tchat with 2 agents VERY RUDE tolding me i need to wait up 3 to 5 days to have my order validated what a shame !!! Why i wasn't knowing that before ? I ordered urgently on DHGATE to have my order urgnently because my customers are awaiting and before i was working with ALIBABA i've never had a such issue with such delays.

I SENT THEM COPY OF MY PASSPORT AND CREDIT CARD AND NOTHING IS DONE WHAT A SHAME I HOPE I'VE NOT BEEN SCAMMED PLEASE VALIDATE MY ORDER OR I'LL MAKE A COMPLAINT.

Excellent website that you can buy in bulk or one single thing. You need to be patient as orders can take time to arrive. I ordered this amazing and lovely backpack for £16 which was a bargain and it did take a while but it came with a dust bag and I couldn’t have been any happier! It’s a lovely and sturdy backpack. I have never been scammed on this website ever

TIP: Order through sellers with high transactions and high positive feedback. Order the item with other reviews and make sure there are photos with their reviews so you’re less likely to be scammed.
Please don’t be afraid of being scammed, there are many trustworthy sellers on there and I totally recommend to check it out!

I've been buying online for years from all kinds of sellers and never had so much grief as I did trying to buy an expensive lithium battery for my scooter. I never got it and am still waiting for the credit company dispute to return my money.

Starting to think there all thieves. Ordered in February still havent recieved my shippment unbelievable.

I ordered a saxophone January 17th. As of March 29th it still isn't here March 7th at showed that it was shipped out and it Shanghai, China. It hasn't moved from that spot, which I assume is only in the computer, since March 7th. I've asked for numerous refunds and all I keep getting texts to say friend it'll be shipped out soon please be patient a few more days! Never never buy from this company!

NEVER NEVER order from this company!! Ordered item in January, a couple weeks later got a message it was shipped & a tracking#. 2 weeks later got an email that it wasn't shipped & it was out of stock!! They wanted me to pick a different item!! Ummm...no ... only wanted what I ordered. Requested refund. .... here it is 2 months later, still no refund. Filed 2 disputes, numerous demands to company, and still nothing.

I order two pairs of shoe one was for a birthday they took my money and never send me my shoes so I'm disputing right now with my bank to get my money back. Such a big disappointment.

I never recieved a chester bennington hoodie I got for my daughter for her birthday! Seller doesnt answer company pretty much says they can do nothing. So now I have a crying child. Dont ever buy from this place!!!!!! Noone is helpful and noone cares!!!! I didnt even wanna give one star you deserve zero!!!!!! And I disputed and went for refund and got nowhere

They dont care about consumers. they take your money away. I ordered a product and it has been 2 month they have not sshiped it I contacted customer service and they told me you figure out with seler. seller dont respond

Please listen to all these review. I was shipped a terribly made guitar, the seller did not ship the guitar case. I first tried to negotiate with the seller and seller refused to do anything with out an open dhgate dispute opened. Dhgate did nothing but protect the seller.

Fraud website they won't refund you the money even with all the guarentees and etc. My dispute has being going on over a month now without any process. I've been promised the last 5 times i chatted with customer report that it will be refundend and that i will get a mail withing 2 business days this is the 7th time i contact them over a month of time has passed and still i havent got answer.

Their dispute resolution function is exceedingly poor. They ask for evidence which is difficult to provide and then they don't evaluate it well. Importantly they give you hardly any time to respond or reject their proposals (say 48 effective hours total when one allows differences in time zones).
Regarding a poorly made Saxophone mouthpiece, they contacted me on 2 Feb asking for evidence by 5 Feb, which I supplied on the same day. On 3 February they came back, offered me half my money back but agreed only half of the evidence - I hadn't given proof that the mouthpiece wasn't playable - how could I do that? I tried to make a counter proposal but they timed me out on 5 Feb and closed the dispute. (In fact I'm not holding my breath about getting the inadequate money promised)
Don't buy from them unless you can afford to write off the purchase. I have bought three items from different vendors through DHGate - two good and one bad. However without a decent means of dispute resolution I would strongly recommend avoiding DHGate. Chinese goods can be excellent and excellent value but one needs an effective returns and dispute resolution system: they don't!

Bought a suit that was NOTHING like the photos. Size completely wrong and completely unwearable. Fit for nothing but the bin. DHgate say they have a claims process but in fact this is just lip service and they do nothing to help. They do not abide to U.K. trading laws. Now reporting this to trading standards and trying to get my money back via my credit card. Avoid at all costs!

The issues with DHGate are broad & deep…..too many to list!! The real issue is not so much the DHGate site as it is the Chinese Culture. The Chinese culture is based on dishonesty. The people of China are not honest, have no integrity, are not responsive to communications (email & messages) and they are NOT customer focused n the slightest bit. I have tried to purchase several items from DHGate and I have not received the products I ordered and the sellers kept my money!!!
DO NOT buy anything from DHGate ever. They are thieves!!
