My experience with Dhgate is based on their excepting the fraudulent use of my credit card account to purchase $247.16 worth of merchandise on 12/09/2019. My attempts at contacting them at 310-229-5951 in an attempt to find out more about the entity that fraudulently used my credit card account was unproductive. The bank associated with the credit card account confirmed it was a fraudulent use and I did not have to pay for the purchase.

Dhgate is designed to rip you off. It's a total scam. They will mail a postcard to anywhere just to get a tracking number to give to you. They have stolen my money . DO NOT BUY FROM DHGATE.

Dh Gate is a fraud. They take payment and when they don't deliver they will not refund.
Personally I think it is a scam. Don't throw your money away. Buy from somewhere else.

I ordered two orders from dh gate. First order was not even close to what I ordered. When requested a refund, the seller insisted that he would send the right item. Still haven’t even told me that it was shipped.

Second order was very cheaply made and looked nothing like the pictures.

I will not be ordering again. Do not recommend at all.

I disguised with this company put in a order 13th November and still waiting on it,sent so many emails and nobody has the manners to get bk to me

I've ordered twice. Both times, my items arrived. First item came at 20 days, the 2nd item came at 16 days. Didn't bother me because I knew my items were coming from China. I was actually suprised my items arrived in good condition under 30 days. I wasn't satisfied with what I ordered, however I knew what I paid for was cheap, and I knew what I was getting! You get what you pay for! Anyhow, I would order from them again, but maybe not a handbag or purse. Or I'll just pay more for a better quality item!

I bought a smartphone from DHgate website and shortly after they cancelled my order saying there was a pricing error. They said I would receive a refound within 5 business days - it's been over a month and I'm still waiting for the money back. Their customer support is non-existent, I've tried contacting them several times and they give no response. Avoid!!!!

REAL SCAM PLEASE DONT BUY...Ordered tool box the price was attractive and paid by card, the shipping they said 20 days but even 2 months I did not receive the item and no reply from seller or DHgate, end up I managed to reach them after many attempts and they simply lie to me the item delivered to another state and wrong address hehe really funny sellers. My money also gone not refunded and my suggestion 99% those coming from China are scam and real cheat so don’t buy from this website or any China websites.

Now I have to cancel my credit card else they take more money maybe hehehe.

So far, after ordering, there customer service is all boiler plate automated replies. Who knows if I’ll get my order or what the product will look like. Never again!

I ordered 3 guitars and 1 head mic never received to my address in ok .tracking said delivered to NC.and.newyork.and fl.seller said he fix I still have received nothing I sent about 40 emails on every place you can nothing no replies kiss my butt. Never ever again SCAM SCAM SCAM IM JUST OUT $200 B.S.IM CONTACTING FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION ...a three day chore I don't have the time or patience I'm FURIOUS dh gate sucks

I’ve ordered 3 times now, received my items after 2 weeks. Can not fault them at all. They don’t release your money until you’ve received and are happy with your item.

Im a disabled veteran and my oder showed recieved on 10/10/2019. My money was given to the seller on 10/17 and it said I had five days to dispute today is 10/21. The last communication with seller was 2 days ago she wanted a 5 star review, I text her I never recieved it. She stopped communicating and Dh blocked the dispute area on my order Im unable to put in a disput, I sent them emails no response. The positive reviews on here must be from people that work for them.

I'm not a customer not even aware they took £89.95 from my debit card until Nat West texted me! !! Blocked card

Very obvious scam site with fake reviews on both their site and TrustPilot. Please don't give them your money!

Don't go near DHGate, My order No 398060436 never arrived and after contacting them with no response I just gave up. I would rate them as con art.

Bad experience. Bought a SIMILAR necklace replicating a famous brand. The seller sneakily uses photographs taken from the official items website pretending they were of her goods. Obviously the $22 plus postage I paid was a waste of money as the item I received is a necklace fit only for the bin. Rubbish item and very misleading sales tactics. I want my money back and seller is refusing.

Don’t buy anything on social savings it’s a scam you won’t receive your order or worst they lie and say it’s been delivered to a wrong address
