I had a great experience

I had a great experience. Really like their phone cases, but wanted to exchange for a different model and Fiella was very quick and responsive to help me start my exchange and find what was best for me!

Fiella’s Amazing Customer Service!

Fiella was amazing and very reassuring whenever I emailed inquiring an update on my package status. She sent me a link to track my package since it was not updating for me. Overall, she was very kind and quickly responded back! 🫶

When i emailed about a mistake i made with my order

When i emailed about an issue i had with ordering, I had very quick and efficient response from Fiella in their customer service team to make sure that my order was changed and corrected. I am very satisfied with their service and very happy with how quickly my mistake was able to be corrected.

This is to correct a previous negative review! After receiving the wrong item and leaving a negative review the Fragola team worked quickly and kindly to correct the mistake. I received my phone case and it is adorable and well made. Thank you!!

What great customer service !!!

What great customer service !!!

I needed a case for my new phone as well as a screen protector and found fragola on instagram. The ordering process and delivery was easy and quick.

They even sent me an email to check I had the correct iphone selected !!!

Some of my products were a little damaged so I sent them an email and got a response with the next 24hours. I had to send them proof of everything, so I did and they agreed to send me my order again completely new !! Honestly the quality of the product and customer service is amazing !!

Phone case is flimsy and bad quality

Phone case is flimsy and bad quality. I had worn it on my phone for about three weeks and it had cracked on every corner and I hadn’t even dropped it yet. The design is lovely, I’ll give them that. But when I emailed they were extremely difficult and would not see my side in the case at all. They did offer 40% off but only after I had emailed about 12 times and I honestly just don’t think that’s enough. Personally I think these cases are way too expensive for what they are. My phone case has also gotten incredibly discoloured. Not worth it.

If a case becomes flimsy, cracked or anything far from perfect, that is not the standard we expect from our products and we would absolutely step in to resolve it. When issues are confirmed, we offer either a free replacement or a full refund. In addition, all of our cases are covered by a 1-year warranty, which also covers situations such as discoloration like the one you mentioned.

If this was not the solution provided in your case, it likely means there was a communication issue somewhere along the way, because this is the approach we apply to all customers. Our process is normally very straightforward and long email chains usually indicate that the issue was not fully understood rather than us refusing to help.

Replacement phone case and excellent customer service!!

I contacted Fragola about getting a replacement or any form of compensation after having a case I bought from them crack in multiple places after a few months. The team were completely understanding and apologetic and offered a replacement free of charge. The customer service was exceptional and the best I have ever experienced, truly an example of the highest quality customer service. Responses were extremely quick, friendly and helpful, making the whole experience a positive one. I’m really thankful to the whole team and will continue to support this brand.

Quick solutions and great customer service

I had a little issue with the first phone case i ordered, so i reached out and they answered very quickly and also found a solution just as fast. They sent a new phone case as soon as i mentionned the problem ! Really happy with that experience and would recommend this brand !
