I didn’t get a dispatch update for over 24 hours and was starting to get a bit twitchy as the price seemed too good to be true at 60% of the RRP and I was unable to make contact with anyone at Fragranza to check when it was being dispatched as it was needed for a gift. But no need to worry, all was good, a dispatch notification came through on the second day and the fragrance arrived two days later by Royal Mail, all genuine and my husband was extremely pleased with his birthday present. Only thing I would say is that the email address on the website customerservices@ wasn’t working as my email bounced back and the live chat didn’t seem to be manned either which added to my concerns, so maybe that’s something they could address. I did manage to send an email to hello@ but nobody replied, but as the order was then dispatched and tracking info provided I was no longer concerned.

Ordered product with 48 hour delivery slot. Delivery was delayed due to bank holiday (which wasn't stated on there website. Eventually parcel turned up 1 week after bank holiday date. Not impressed.

Good pricing for the Aveda shampoo I brought versus other retails, received product in a good timeframe as well. Will shop here again.

To be honest I was very suspicious with this website as I never heard and I was not expecting to get a so good service. The whole process was easy and my order arrived earlier than they promised. So, I had a really good experience with this company! Well done!

Unfortunately 1 star as the customer service is non existent. I tried to call the. No one is picking it up, online chat no one answered, left a message no one emailed back. I spent money which is in the air because the product went back and I can’t get in touch with them and they don’t bother to get in touch with me
