Low effort, couldn’t be bothered
Sent wrong item. Customer service rep didn’t seem to know whether it was sent in error or if they in fact didn’t even stock it. Didn’t seem to care to check. Really didn’t seem like they were bothered either way; very low effort.
- Response below is INCORRECT. I did not pay the price for the smaller size, I paid a higher price for a different product listing in which the product title clearly specifies a larger product size. Whoever left this response has not checked their facts, just like the customer advisor didn’t. This is what I mean by LOW EFFORT. Take the time to get your facts straight!

As we explained to you on the online chat, the item description was wrong and it was a human mistake. The product image shows 125ML and the description was 200ML. Also, the price you paid was for 125ML not for 200ML. To rectify our mistake, we offer you a free return and a full refund or 10% off But you didn't take any of these options. Not sure what else we could have offered you.
We have already sent you the link to return the item and get a full refund, as long as the item is not used.
We respect your opinion but saying that "Customer service rep didn’t seem to know whether it was sent in error or if..." we can see the chat log. Everything was well explained and gave you two options to rectify the mistake.

In response to "Response below is INCORRECT" you pay 37.99 which is the price for 125ML check on Kiehl's website, lookfantastic or any other authorized seller, in this price you will get only 125ML not 200ML. We have checked our facts and we know our products inside out. Not sure what is the point of the argument here, especially when we have offered you a refund, free return, and also 10% off. If you are not happy just send the item back and get your money back.

I ordered 100 ml 24Faubourg EDP by Hermes. It was fake, it didn't even smell like the EDT. I have used this for over 10 years. I know how it smells and how it smells on me.I had tried John Lewis,Selfridges, Harrows, Harvey Nichols. None of them had any in stocks. I phoned Hermes Paris, they said it was out of stock. I thought I was ordering from Fragrantica, my fault there. Don't part with your cash people. If top London department stores in Oxford Street, Kensington and Knightsbridge can't get hold of any and Hermes Paris have said it's out of stock, the chances have to be that it's fake or so far out of date that it's unrecognisable.
