Franklin's Removals are a very experienced company, Lewis&Zac helped us pack up everything in a very professional&friendly manner,nothing was to much trouble,they did all the heavy lifting,dismantled&rebuilt beds at our new property,exceptional customer service throughout the day,9hrs of lifting packing then unloading&upacking, they placed everything in correct order,I would recommend Franklin's Removals to anyone,value for money&Lewis&Zac fantastic hard working lads,we very much appreciated there help,Gina&Barry Carter.

From start to finish this company were excellent. Bev in the office was friendly and efficient and the guys that collected our belongings in France were wonderful. Mike, Kieran, Paddy & Zak delivered it to us in England and worked hard to squeeze it all into our new home.

Highly recommended.

How Disappointing
Too many things went missing during this move.
And for all those potential customers, please note NOTHING you move is insured unless you have a receipt for it. Who keeps receipts for all their household possessions?
After posting this message on Franklin's website, I followed the instructions sent by the company to support an insurance claim by the company they recommended, including photographs, about the items damaged by their team on the move from Wales to France. None of the missing items have been recovered. Now both Franklins and the insurance company are ghosting me.
I would never use them again, nor recommend them to anyone. Go somewhere else.

Franklins are a great company to deal with. Bev in the office was always responsive and helpful despite having to deal with stress head clients like me. Paul and Lee delivered a massive volume of possessions to S W France and in only 6 hours, in the dark, the trucks were empty. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys and they clearly love their jobs. I can thoroughly recommend this great company who deal with UK - European removals every week. That's why they have the process sorted. Thanks to all you were fantastic! Steve

We used Franklins Removals in January 2026 to relocate from Bolton to SW France to begin our new lives there. From picking up all our household goods and furniture at storage units and delivering it to our new home in rural France, all the team worked brilliantly together . Bev in the office talked us through all the required customs documentation and paperwork giving examples of how to complete the French paperwork. Both the pick up team ( Dave and team) and the delivery team(Lee and Paul ) worked tirelessly and were careful with our stuff. All members of the team were responsive to our emails/ calls and kept us informed throughout the process. Franklins were not the cheapest quote we had but they ticked all the boxes for us, and removed a quite a bit of the stress of relocation to another country for us. We're so pleased that we used them! Would highly recommend Franklins for an international house move

Great experience with Franklin’s — I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
All the drivers were excellent and made sure everything was loaded, transported, stored, and delivered safely. I was kept updated with ETAs throughout, and the removal and delivery of my belongings went smoothly at both ends.
Communication with the operations team was first‑rate from start to finish. Bev was a pleasure to deal with — incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the whole process.
Moving house is said to be one of life’s most stressful events, but this company genuinely helped minimise the stress for me. Highly recommended.

The Franklin’s’ team of Zak, Mike and Dave were great throughout our move process. They arrived promptly and worked nonstop. They were cheerful friendly and efficient. Highly recommend them!

Zac and Jamie were excellent on the UK side. Arrived on time and worked fast and effective. Chatty, positive and handled our stuff with care. They had a lot of heavy stuff to take up to the top floor (even a digital piano) and they done so with ease and positivity. No complaints, thanks for the top service! A true credit to the Franklin team.

Received delivery very promptly (1 week) in NL, from UK. Paul and Daz were professional, polite, and careful with all my items. They made sure everything was accounted for.

Mike and Zak were both stars! We had to do a huge move, taking everything out of a storage container in Birmingham and moving it down to London that same day. It was very chaotic and they were both so patient and lovely, making the whole thing 10x easier. All very efficient, careful and professional too. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service from the removal guys, Lee and Paul. Arrived when they said they would. Very professional and uber efficient. It could have been a difficult move but they made it easy. Narrow streets etc. We had set aside two days for moving. They had the lorry loaded in 8 hours and were gone.
