Good products, great prices and perfect on time delivery

All in order with them it is pleasure to navigate their page and found really good quality products. The customer support is really good too. I bought several Items and they still lasting and the delivery is always good.

Frankonia is one of the best online shopping experiences I have ever had . The site is very well organised and the delivery is extremely fast.

I received a personal email from Frankonia confirming a profile and an order using my full name and email address — without me ever having done that. This clearly appeared to be a case of either identity misuse, attempted fraud, or possibly a typo in the email address by another person who coincidentally shares my name.

I immediately contacted Frankonia, provided clear proof that the email address belongs to me, and asked them to urgently investigate the matter — including verifying the payment method and contacting the actual buyer.

Unfortunately, the entire process was handled very poorly. I only received a vague response: "The buyer probably entered the wrong email address... we have now deleted your email address. The buyer used PayPal."
There was no confirmation that Frankonia had contacted the buyer or verified their identity in any meaningful way.

I specifically asked them multiple times to clarify which PayPal account or email address was used for the transaction, but received no further reply.

As a result, I had to manually check all of my PayPal accounts to ensure that my payment details had not been used — which is clearly something the seller should have investigated on their end.

To make matters worse, the response came from Frankonia’s own legal and security department (“Recht und Sicherheit”). From such a specialized department, I would have expected a much more thorough and professional handling of the case.

Mistakes can happen — but when a customer's identity and personal data are involved, a company must take full responsibility to rule out fraud and communicate transparently. Sadly, Frankonia failed to do so in this case.

I would have recommended this store based on past experiences, but my recent interaction has completely changed my opinion. I'm trying to pay my invoice using their rate pay system, but the payment simply won't go through. After being told to try paying from a friend's account, it became obvious the issue isn’t with my bank, it’s with the system.

I've now attempted to pay using multiple bank accounts, and every time it fails due to what appears to be a fault on their end. Meanwhile, their email responses are unhelpful and dismissive, they seem to talk in circles and completely ignore the concerns I've raised. At one point, they even wrote that they can't help me, but still expect me to pay due to facing delay interest charges.

This whole experience has been incredibly stressful. I'm doing everything I can to resolve it. I have even suggested paying over the phone or another method, but everything has been dismissed. I'm posting this review in the hope that someone more competent or helpful from their team will finally reach out to fix the situation.

I've had a fantastic experience with Frankonia! I regularly order clothes from their website. The most recent item I ordered came the next day. A great selection, fast delivery, and excellent customer service. I will definitely continue shopping with them and highly recommend them.
