Problem #1 VPS: Terrible performance.
tried BVPS1 then BVPS2 upgrade, same problems.

My 2011 laptop with i5 + DDR3 does WAY BETTER than your 'EPIC + DDR4' VPS. Noisy neighbours (when shared CPU treads are overloaded with other customers)?

Problem #2 Your customer service is scam.
When upgrading VPS on day #1 as mentioned earlier, your guy sayd "no worries, you have a 72 hours money-back guarantee". (conversation saved as evidence). The upgrade didn't solve the poor performance issue, I demand cancellation and reimbursement as we agreed. Time passes, no reimbursement; 1 month later, surprise: new monthly bill. New ticket open, reminding our agreement.

This time another one of your guys be like "according to our T&C blabla..." no reimbursement given on server services, "to prevent misuse etc.". Joke: and Al Capone served the soup to the poor and needy? lol

Your service miserably failed offering was it was meant to, and you deliberately lie. Think yourselves clever stealing a few bucks; yet you cannot afford, trust, honor, and integrity.

The incident will be reported to DGCCRF with evidence.

As I explore different providers, it seems like cloud service is not meant for Europeans, and you are no exception. Leave that for the real pros.

Now my advice to prospective customers: Remember that customer service (in case you need it for small or big problems, hopefully not) is half what you are paying for. Feel free to explore providers whose local culture value customer trust and integrity; most of them have servers in the countries you are looking for, regardless of the company's location.

Game server works fine (No problems whatsoever) but their website has a tendency to crash and log me out.

Bought budget VPS of theirs for personal purposes. 4€ for one based in Germany (I live in Poland soo that isn't an issue for me), 100GB of storage and like 4GB of RAM (if I remember correctly about the ram part), but even that's enough for me. The speed on the VPS is fast as hell, I can do something that I would do locally if that would be too slow on my internet. Payment system was
kinda confusing/broken but their customer support helped me within few hours with it. Finally, I consider that a pretty great deal as for 4€ per month, it's very useful for me.

Tried PayPal — unchecked the “link account” box, but PayPal still says the account will be linked.
Fine, I tried using Apple Pay from my phone — but there’s no Apple Pay at all. It just asks me to enter my card details manually!
If this isn’t a scam, then your payment system is just straight-up garbage.

I’m not paying a damn thing.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. We had our account suspended without proper communication or any prior warning. The company uses an automated system with default templates that don’t make sense in our case, and it caused unnecessary confusion.

What’s even more frustrating is the lack of transparency and respect when addressing the issue. Despite reaching out for clarification, their support response was robotic and unhelpful. They simply blamed the system instead of offering a proper solution. They claim to take abuse reports seriously, but this felt more like an arbitrary suspension without understanding the situation.

It’s clear that they don’t prioritize customer relations, and their reputation is well-deserved based on my experience. I do not recommend anyone to buy from them hey are unreliable, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful.

Absolutely terrible experience. The server goes offline every 30 seconds and then comes back online — completely unusable for any serious purpose. The VPN service is total garbage: it barely connects, and when it does, nothing loads.

Support is even worse. They delete messages in Discord instead of helping, and provide no real assistance. Everything about this service feels unstable and unprofessional.

Giving it 1 star only because it worked somewhat decently for 3 days. After that — a total disaster. Would not recommend to anyone.
