Advanced platform but the support system needs to be improved.

Constant reboots. Annoying

Solid hosting with excellent price-to-performance ratio. The servers have been consistently reliable with no unexpected downtime. Their support team is impressively responsive - issues get resolved quickly and efficiently.

I've had some issues with network speed, and although the support team was a bit slow to respond, they eventually fixed the problem — and now everything is working well.
For this price, it's hard to find a service like this, especially if you're looking for an Arch Linux VPS, which not many providers offer.
The I/O speed is also quite good, and I plan to renew my service here.

Hosting a website on this hosting service.

For half a year there were no problems with the performance of the site.

The only problem that occurred during the whole time, it was blocking cmd requests, as it turned out after strengthening DDoS protection. The problem was detected and eliminated within a couple of hours after contacting technical support. All of this time the site was available to visitors as before, and a few hours in site maintenance delays did not become a critical problem, but it was a confirmation that DDoS protection is not mythical, and the hoster wasn't deceiving when he made the mailing that he had done the work to strengthen the protection.

In my practice, there was not hoster, which would not arise problems. However, here the help was provided at one of the best levels, which left the finest impressions of support.

Live support, which after contacting them, immediately takes steps to help, not a bot. Now this is very important, because it is terribly inconvenient when you first answer a dozen questions bot to contact you support staff, then contact support, clarifies the same issues and then promises to start solving the problem and disappear for days on end, leaving you alone with the problem.

We've had an incredibly frustrating experience with this provider. Our servers were suddenly suspended without proper explanation, and despite multiple messages, support has been completely unresponsive for days. The only vague reason given was “SPAM MAIL SERVER DETECTED,” even though we've always respected their terms and never used their services for anything illegal.

What's worse is that they leave customers in the dark with no investigation or chance to respond. We invested serious time and resources into building our infrastructure with them, only to be treated with complete disregard.

The support system is unprofessional, slow, and clearly doesn't care about client impact. If you're looking for reliability, transparency, and fair treatment - look elsewhere.
Avoid this provider at all costs unless you're ready to lose both time and money.

Absolutely the Worst Hosting Experience - Avoid FreakHosting at All Costs!

We purchased a VPS from FreakHosting.com and immediately ran into serious issues. The IP assigned to us was already blacklisted by multiple ISPs, making it completely unusable for our intended operations. We politely requested an IP change - a standard request with most hosting providers - but their support team completely ignored it.

Instead of resolving the issue, they chose to suspend all of our VPS instances without explanation, including the one we had flagged for blacklisting. When we contacted them to explain that we had done nothing illegal and simply wanted clean IPs to use the service as paid for, they refused to unsuspend our servers.

Their customer support is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. Unresponsive, unhelpful, and blatantly unprofessional. It genuinely feels like they have no interest in supporting customers - only in taking your money and running the other way when a problem arises.

Do not waste your time or money with FreakHosting. There are far better providers out there who actually value their clients. FreakHosting is nothing but a frustrating, unreliable nightmare.

The setup was easy and fast, one improvement is to have the causal not giving free armor, cameras should be not able to see the enemy by default.

Hey to all so recently I was informed I had twenty four hours to untill my redm server was stopped and wouldn't be able to play on it. This due to my previous provider iceline hosting who has unfortunately given up on fivem servera. However after being given no help or even we're to start on moving my server, I found a new provider called freakservers. After contacting them I explained my situation and they were more then helpful. At 9am this morning they transferred my redm server to theirs. They were very quick and I'm delighted to say the server is working perfectly as if nothing has changed. I'm very appreciative and relieved to have it back thanks so much to the team and to Vlad who walked me though every step.

I recommend this service.
