Terrible hamburger. Paid 12.99 a small burger, two very flat patties, jalapeños and bread. Really? Never going back.

Freddy's is my favorite hamburger spot in Wichita, KS, however, this week I went to the 21st and Amidon location. Ordered a single cheese combo and the steakburger was flat out terrible. Sure hope you have not changed these burgers. Usually they are a smash burger with a quarter of it hanging off the bun. None of it was hanging off the bun. No big deal, however, I took the top bun off and the patty was just a square piece of meat. I'm sure it wasn't spoiled but it wasn't the usual quality I've come to expect. I'll be back again next week but sure hope it isn't the same sandwich or it will be my last visit.

I’m use to prices shooting yo everywhere but even so I was shocked to pay $8.19 for a single burger with no cheese. Almost the same price as a double burger with cheese. The burger patty was so thin it had holes in it. Then, they no longer have Freddy’s sauce out where you can get it, and as an extra annoyance, you have to ask for a code to get into the rest room. I used to really love Freddy’s but no more!

I went to Freddie's in Florence Ky at 12:00 noon. Lunch Time. You would think it would be packed. Two cars in the parking lot. Mine and one other. Dining room had 3 people counting myself. I should have left gracefully then. Food didn't resemble beef and went I got home with my order my fries were missing. My first and last visit.

What a great place to dine for food. These team members need a Huge Thank You for making my experience 👍 Great! Friendly, well prepared team members each visit at Drive Thru inspire me to return for more.

The food was good and hot. The soft drinks cold and well carbonated.

don’t order delivery through the freddy’s app. its super unreliable, i’ve probably received all the items that i ordered 2-3 times out of 10. and they don’t give you any way to report that you didn’t get an item. usually it’s a drink but this time it was my $7 ice cream and the fry sauce!! i call the # the store has on google, and it’s not actually the store just some rude lady!! so overall very poor experience today. annoying that i have to go into the store tomorrow after i paid $35.

I am so glad they got tater tots! I dislike the tiny fries and these tots are delicious. The burger was also delicious. I will probably come back more often now!

When I've eaten at 2 locations the food is good. However, I ordered delivery and it was not good at all.
The bun was wrinkled and the burgers just not appetizing at all. Also, the fries were extremely cold. I am close to the location, so it should not have been that cold. I specifically requested the Freddy's sauce and Ranch. Neither one was with the order. Very disappointed with the food. A cold burger and fries are the worst. Only the root beer and the Pepsi fountain drinks helped the 3 rating. Sloppy presentation.

1st off I love the burgers, tots and curds.
the fries are so thin they get cold way too fast.
2nd the app does not work for me at all and the customer service is one of the worst i have ever used.
They do not respond at all to any complaints. I complained to the manager in the store "Abigail" about my order placed through the app that got lost dispite the fact i had the order number and all i got was an apology from her and nothing from corporate. None of my orders show up nor do any special email notifications show in my app.

the service was fast there were no errors in my meal and the atmosphere was very welcoming

I was an little disappointed today Sunday October 20, 24 ( 9:13 pm) of Freddy's in Brookhaven PA. They was out of medium size cups so they had to charge me .30 cents for a large cup soda....why people have to pay cuz the company ran out of supplies. The hamburger meat was half way off the bun. Had to pick up the meat to put it fully on the bun ( had to do it to all the hamburger that we order. "If the workers using up all the cups then they should bring in their own washable cups so they can get a drink and not use up all the cups".
The food was fresh & taste!!!!!!!!!!!

My Drive-thru Cashier was so respectful. A little chit chat and even though I ordered just a lg fry and lg cheesecurds, he asked me if I wanted something to drink. Of course I answered "yes an ice water please." It showed me that this young man was extremely considerate of his customers. Great to see!

Our favorite plate is Chicago Dog also our deserts is Hawaiian Sundae and both of this were discontinued
in the menu we are very disappointed Is your company consider put them back in the menu? That's will be great for the old folk date!

The service was great. Efficient, fast accurate and friendly. The food was delicious...love the French fries and fry sauce. I had the all beef hot dog and my Husband had the steak burger number 1 and loved it. Good Value, place is always clean and staff friendly. Manager was Brad in Maple Grove MN. We go often.
