Probably the worst Freddy's experience across the country. guy at the window that i have never met talked to me like i was one of his friends and very laid back. except when taking an actual order, had no patience for me to even finish what i was saying but then stayed silent after my actual answers giving me no confirmation that he actually heard what i said. ALL of that wouldn't of mattered but then my my fries came cold and my burger had a onion the size of a single bite with small and soggy tomatoes. Never coming back here again.

I went to Freddy's yesterday. I asked if they had a military discount and they told me that it was only on Monday. My question is, being a veteran, do you only appreciate me on Monday. Only a person that has served can understand the insult.

Truly laughable. Ordered and paid for something completely different than what I got. Think it's time to stop going to Freddy's! Tried to find a customer service or complaint line. If they've got one they hide it nicely. Yep, Think it's time to stop going to Freddy's!

Great service. Didn’t care for new tartar sauce. Tasted like Thousand Island Dressing.

Loud employees goofing off at Broadway Boise location 4:15 pm 11/21. Garbage too full to get our wrappers into. Napkin/utensil area not stocked. Hang a sign on your window, “we don’t care if you eat here or not, and we don’t care what you think of our restaurant.”

Sherry gave us excellent service. Her customer service skills are admirable. She and her team work well together. It is evident that she is well liked and respected by her coworkers. Our food order was excellent as usual. We keep coming back because of the great service and excellent food provided by Sherry and her team.

My first time eating at Freddy's was an awesome experience! The team was very professional, friendly and helpful. Patti, Ashley, Mackra, Donovon, Kyora and Brooklynn were happy to be at work and serving their customers with smiling faces. I will defiantly eat there again. Great job!

Don't have an issue with the restaurant the quality of their food nor service it's customer service that they lack oh, there's not even a department for customer service. It's a bunch of privileged yahoos who throw in your face that they're in franchise relations and if you give me your name and phone number I will pass this along to the appropriate department. Bullship!
I guess he doesn't remember that he told me that he's the one that answers most of the calls for customer service.

1st time there love the fries kids nuggets are great patty melt was good could’ve used more cheese but definitely will go back

First time was good second was ok but with issues cold food long wait and of all things they wanna give me icecream as a sorry in the dead of winter. Third time was last time I went service got worse

I love freddy's. The food is made to order so it's always fresh! The custard is delicious,they make their own ice cream cookies and such varieties of toppings. Most importantly the environment.. such a happy and welcoming place to come enjoy a meal with family and or friends. Must try!

Just discovered you in Houston, Texas last week.
The best fast food burger I've ever had my entire life hands down.
Taste fresh, filled me up. Fry's not greasy, and btw.... Those pickles?

Super professional late at night.
Pulled in a few times as a designated driver keeping our streets safe.

The team there was super polite and once I went around 3pm, same experience. Nice people. Really was impressed. Food clean, fresh and packaged with love.

Don't go to Freddy's on Draper parky.
We stopped by for takeout, two patty melts, frys and soft drinks.
The patty melts were almost cold. Both melts had NO cheese,
NO onions and NO taste! well, the bread wasn't too bad... What the melts did have was SALT! way toooo much salt!! So much salt
one bite made us both retch.. the fry's were stone cold, soggy with (you guessed it) SALT! over the top salt! we couldn't eat one fry because of the salt! We ask for fry sauce and napkins. NO fry sauce and NO napkins The soft drinks had an under taste of mould! from the ice... if an ice machine is not cleaned it will depart a mouldy taste
to the ice. (our family is in the fast food business)
We stopped at the first dumpster we saw and got rid of the whole MESS! We paid for a paper bag of... (well you can guess)
I don't know what the Draper Freddy's deal is, but, Freddy's corp
office should look into this franchise... We won't be back! I am sending this review to facebook and tweeting it too!
A friend ask me why I didn't go back and complain. Think about it...
if the service is bad... the food is so bad you can't eat it at all....
what kind pf people do you think are making your order? hum?
I don't have to wonder what I will be eating after I complain...
I just never go back, the 15 or 20 bucks won't break me and this
only happens rarely....
