Videos to MP3
I enjoy using Freemake to convert videos from Youtube to MP3s that I can play them on my Ipod - live performances etc. but I had changed laptops and it didn't recognized that I paid for the lifetime usage (one-time fee years ago) so I had to pay again for the week's free trial. Since I only use it occaisionally, I'm fine with that.

I am disappointed
I am disappointed. Software could convert only three files out of seven. I’m most disappointed to the charges. The trial was promised to be free. It wasn’t. You have to pay 0,95 € to remove the watermark. That was promised to be one day trial. They charged the minimum 7 days + the VAT. Now I was charges over 50 €. For what? I never ordered anything more but the trial day. Freemake doesn’t have any contact information to the customer service if they have such at all.
I’m afraid I have no choice than shut the credit card. Otherwise I’ll pay 50 € every now and then to the day I die.

Didn’t quite get the answer I was expecting.
I was under the impression that the license key I got which mention “all“ packs would have covered the video downloader and the audio and video converters. I was informed that all materials I had were for the licensing of the video downloader only. I thought that was unexpected.

I downloaded a musical number from West Side Story 'America' starrring George Chakiris. George will be at my party on the 19th and I wanted to play it on my bigscreen tv for guests, Simple. I have a DVD Roxio to make a DVD. I though Freemake would do the trick. But when I tried to use it, it wouldn't even upload the download. I just wasted my time.

They always get back to me immediately, and they always resolve my problem with the activation key. The only issue I have is trying to contact them quickly. I always have to search for customer service. I wish there was a contact us link that I can easily find.
