As I have always been very anxious about making a will. But Tuning the great age of 60 years I decided to finally get this done. After several searches I decided to go with this company Haydens solicitors. They made me feel at ease and the whole process was very simple. I found this Haydens solicitors in Accrington online this i found and done through the free wills website. And this was incredibly easy to navigate. The whole process was straightforward, and I was able to complete my will without any fuss. What really impressed me was their quick response time. Any questions I had were answered promptly, which gave me real peace of mind.
With the help from Nicola Evans at Haydens she helped me get my will prepared. This was a big worry of my mind and a fantastic job was done by Nicola sorting it all out with me and without a doubt the absolute one best decision I've ever made. Being severely let down by a high Street solicitor, FreeWills was recommended
to us and I am so grateful we contacted them. Having to make 2 wills was tough enough but Amanda was helpful, courteous, informative (about another matter also) and expedited the wills very quickly and after paying, the bound copies arrived a few days later. I don't understand the negative comments as we had a 100% successful interaction with them and would definitely recommend them, especially Amanda.

I also made an enquiry via email regarding preparing an LPA and found Amanda extremely helpful and honest so I would absolutely recommend the company based on the service I received which was refreshingly personal.

Website is easy to use, quick, and the final Will looks like it will do what it needs to. Not sure if it would suffice for complicated affairs, but for my simple requirements it was fine.

I have paid £30 (as has my partner) for a posted, bound copy, and to date - some 10 days after it was posted, and 3 weeks from paying our combined £60, nothing has been received.

Correspondence with FreeWills via email has been answered quickly and politely, and they have said that new wills will be posted out again today. So we'll see - I am slightly sceptical as there seems to be several reviews here that detail postal copies not being received - and whilst Royal Mail isn't what it used to be, this seems to be a recurring theme.

That is the one fly in the ointment, we paid the extra as it seemed reasonable, given the service we were getting for nothing - compared to going to a solicitor - so it has soured the experience slightly, as we are currently £60 out of pocket. Shame because otherwise, we were impressed, and have recommended to others.

I wrote my will and the people said it was OK checked it and I could do a print out with my computer or get solid on for £30 I chose this I found it easy and was very happy with the final will . I would definitely recommend this company .

Website was clear as were the instructions for completing the template. The review by the solicitor was very prompt. Thank you very much.
