I have never received my order! this website is a scam. They blocked me on all their social media, because I asked where is my order.

I have placed an order more than 32 days ago, have paid for shipping, have not received anything, no support, no customer service, no nothing. They dont even care to answer, STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY

Ordered six weeks ago, still no sign of my parcel arriving. I've emailed several times, to be fair they've answered but given entirely unhelpful updates and the parcel is nowhere to be seen. Should have read the reviews before ordering, never again! Avoid.

I have never written a review like this before but people need to be warned about this company. I placed an order with two items and only received one - no problem mistakes can happen, however you will not get a response from customer service. I requested a refund via email five times to no avail. Then I opened a bank dispute and all of a sudden received a response asking me to close it so they can refund me. As soon as I closed the bank dispute they began ignoring me again. I have sent another five emails each with no response. I received my order with items missing on 24.02.26 and as of today 28.04.26 I still do not have a refund. Please do not order from them, read reviews here, read the comments on reddit and AVOID.

Do not buy from this website! Waiting 2 months and still not shipped. Multiple emails sent and still nothing. Refund requested, still nothing. Completely awful!

Great prices… A bit slow with processing for shipping but I am pleased with my purchase.

I would have preferred some shipping updates. I placed my order and had heard nothing for several weeks, so I reached out and a week later I got a reply that it was shipping soon. I know it’s international, but at least a once a week “your order is on it’s way soon” would have been helpful.

Everything arrived fine except for a shower gel that leaked a bit in the box.

Quick delivery. Awesome lip balm. The same as I got in Paris.

I'm so happy I can get authentic French sunscreens now! The formulas and products are by far superior to what we have in the States.

Total scam, purchased weeks ago, they ignored my first 4 emails then replied on whatsapp when i threatened to report them, they are « looking into it » !! They are a scam, NEVER purchase from them

It was easy to find and order the product I love the most and can only find on your website. I can’t find it anywhere else. The tinted BB cream is the best!!

Do not order from them . This is a complete scam. They never delivered my order and refused to refund it.

Great service

The product is wonderful. My only complaint is that it took a bit to receive a notification that it had shipped. However, once I brought this to the attention of the company, they were quite responsive and helpful.

I ordered an item from them over two months ago. I have emailed several times on this matter, but I barely got a response. Last response was 4/5. I only want my money back. Horrible service, no communication, a Rip-off company. I want to call the BBB on you.
