I was fortunate to speak with James. He was most helpful.
He realised I was depending on the monitors/ adaptors to save a person from falling from a bed or chair and # bones or need hospitalisation
He advised that in 2 days exactly I would receive the 2 units.
Thank you James and the team for your kindness and support to me when I worried about our clients and their safety.
I will post the old units on Monday.
I’m very pleased with the 2 new units and they are more robust and safer to operate than the original units.
I will spread the word around other units too.

This is an excellent company who have supplied me with a door sensor to help me care for my father with Alzheimers. The sensor sends a message to my phone every time his door opens and I can check who is at the door through a separate camera system. This has proven to be very useful and the company's after sales service is excellent. There need to be more companies like this developing technology to help people with dementia and other vulnerable people.

Frequency Precision Bleeper Pager
My wife had Motor Neurone Disease and was eventually unable to speak. I rang Frequency Precision to enquire about a Pager on 5th February and I was immediately impressed by how my enquiry was handled, directed to a person who gave clear and precise information on which alarm system best suited my needs, how to order and even how to get VAT exemption. Sadly my wife passed away some days ago and I have been collecting together all the medical aids that were supposed to ease her last days. The single most useful of which was the Bleeper Pager; it provided my wife with the 24/7 confidence that wherever I was in the house, the workshop or the garden (front or back) I would respond in seconds and likewise it gave me the peace of mind that she was comfortable. This was in stark contrast to £500 air cushions that acted like ejector seat, since the inflatable petals lent forward so the user slid off. Commodes, designed by morons, that only put a hole in the seat as an afterthought, the lethal Stair Lift that broke down like clock every 12 weeks, the computer voice programme that had 'speakers' with poor diction and the Hospital bed with dynamic mattress that acted as a bone crusher. The FP Pager will now be kept in service as an alternative door bell, as I intend to make a weather shield to improve its IP rating.
Seriously your pager was worth its weight in gold. Thank You.
