Well managed order!
I ordered shampoo and conditioner. It was very well packed (I chose to pay 1 eur extra as there were advised for insurance). I was informed in every little time, when the order was shipped until I could collect it. Great experience and I got what I wanted and isn't on sale in my Country 🙂

I found a product which I was not able to get anymore somewhere else. The order and payment process has been very easy and during the waiting time to get the item arriving, I had several emails from fresh-store to update the sending details. All in all a perfect experience and I would not have doubts to recommend this company to anyone.

My experience was lovely, I’ve ordered a hair cream and it got delivered pretty quickly. They also put two Meßmer teas in for me (as a gift), which was really sweet. I recommend this store and definitely gonna buy more stuff there in future

Lactose free chocolate heaven

5 deodorant sticks valid only for 1.5 months
I bought 5 deodorant sticks and when I got them they all were almost expired: were valid only for 1.5 months.
Sorry, but I'm not gonna use them so quickly.
And when I tried contacting them by email (they suggest to write them an email in their website in such a cases), they haven't replied to any of my emails.
Will never buy again here.
