I have just has a bridge made to replace an old one. I decided to have implants. Fresh Smile were amazing throughout the whole process, from the initial implant placement to the final bridge fixing in place. I cannot praise their expertise and professionalism throughout the whole process, especially Dr Iftikhar Ahmad who has been amazing. I now have a smile to be proud of thanks to them.
I have been a patient for years with Fresh Dental Smile Clinic in York and have had a great service overall.
However in June 2025 my pre-booked appointment was automatically cancelled (I was notified by a phone voice message). I subsequently found out from another dental practice that Fresh Dental Smile Clinic had temporarily closed due to a take-over by another dental practice group. Two months later in Aug 2025 and there is still no news for when the practice will re-open. I think it is poor customer management that no correspondence has been sent out to customers informing them of what is going on, why appointments were cancelled, when are they scheduled to re-open and how long we can expect to wait before routine appointments can be booked again.

FIND YOURSELF A PROFESSIONAL DENTIST AND NOT A CORRUPT ONE LIKE JENNY! ALL THE REVIEWS ARE VERY SIMILAR AND I CAN SEE TRIED TO HIDE HER INVESTIGATION BY ASKING FOR A PRIVATE HEARING.
