Ordered from the UK, perfume was £90 cheaper than it is at Harrods including postage so it's a great win, delivered via FedEx and received it exactly 11 days after I ordered it, keeping in mind that the 15th and 16th are public holidays in Italy and the 25th was a bank holiday here in the UK with 2 weekends in between, I say that was a great service. Took a month and a half to ship
Took a month and a half to ship. Didn’t send tracking when they said they would. Didn’t reply to any emails until I contacted them on instagram. Had a 12.5% customs fee to pay which wasn’t clear when purchasing

Terrible Experience, 120$ gone
Ordered August 2nd, has not even been shipped and no updates whatsoever. Customer service does not reply, and their social media team is unhelpful. They will not offer a refund and only store credit. I emailed saying I’d accept the store credit a week ago and no emails back of credit given. Avoid at all costs, they DO NOT update their stock.

Order never dispatch to Uk after one week or more of waiting! Then I said to cancel it as it was taking too long. They said that's fine, refund will be sent! Now one week again has passed NO REFUND NO ANSWER to my emails ! Bad bad customer service NEVER again !
