Great selection of products for very reasonable prices. I’d give it 5 stars but when ordering you HAVE to build in a delay for them to process the order. This is written in the small print but not very obvious.

WHERE IS MY ORDER????
I placed an order (15000072103) with this company on the 29th of June. They told me the fragrance would be shipped WITHIN 30 days to me. It is now been well over 30 days and still absolutely NOTHING. I received an email from them telling me it would be shipped no later than the 8th of August. Well today is the 8th of August and still NOTHING. I want my fragrance shipped asap if not I will contact my bank and get them to investigate your company and get my money back through them. STOP MISLEADING CUSTOMERS.

Can't track order & no reply on mail 😡
Hello everyone!
My order number is 21000007446 dt-25-7-2025. It was expected in 4-5 working days. Still didn't get it. Most importantly I can't even track my order since then.. Everytime I try tracking, it says SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE, WE WILL BE BACK SOON!! IT'S BEEN 10 days they are not back😡
Emailed them so many times but no reply at all.. It seems Its a fraud. I have paid them $217. But there is nothing showing up. It is soooo frustrating.

Unprofessional service
I ordered two perfumes from this website, which claims to ship within 10 days. After 25 days of waiting and multiple attempts to contact them with no response I finally received an email stating that one of the fragrances I ordered was out of stock. Instead of offering a proper refund, they proposed a $23 CAD credit for a future purchase. Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Order didn’t show up and no response
Order management time said 10 days and then 3-5 business days for shipment. It’s been three whole weeks and I’ve sent them an email asking about my order, with no response. Whenever I log in to check the order status it’s just said they’re processing it. I should have known the price was too good to be true.

This is a scam website
FRMODA is a scam website. I placed on order on Monday, 30 June for some perfumes and the confirmation said the order would be dispatched within 10 days. A month later and despite repeated calls (which never connects) and emails, I have not received my order or an update. I have now contacted my bank to initiate a refund. Avoid the headache and do not order from this site!

Regarding the slow preparation time, this information was indicated on the product page, in the order confirmation, and on the website in the “Shipping” section, which clearly and transparently details the difference between the order management time and delivery time.
The website also has a ‘order management time’ filter that allows you to filter products with fast shipping; for example, there are more than 1,500 products with 24-hour shipping.
Unfortunately, in your case, the supplier only informed us some time after your order that one of the products ordered was not available, without giving us an estimated shipping date despite our requests for updates, at which point we updated you via email and cancelled the order following your requst. We apologize for the problem this has caused and understand your frustration.

Very poor in communicating and extremely unreliable
This company is appalling. I ordered a perfume, and then heard nothing for 3 WEEKS. When I finally did hear from them, they told me that the seller no longer had it in stock!
I needed this for a birthday present, which is why I ordered well in advance. Had they told me sooner, I would’ve made other arrangements.
I would strongly recommend you DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you feel like being duped.
