Was placed on the 20th of July 2025 I've read the negative reviews and the responses from this company and their justification for not responding to customers. I've emailed you guys numerous times pertaining my order NO RESPONSE. But you'll come here on the reviews and respond with silly excuses about why customers haven't received the merchandise nor a response from you after they've/ we've contacted you via email. This will definitely be my last time shopping with this place of poor business practices. I'd rather spend more money elsewhere with a company that knows how to properly and professionally conduct business. Maybe you guys should stop doing online orders all together because from what I've read from your responses if it's not a strike from the courier it's a manufacturer not having the item etc, but this isn't valid reasoning why you don't respond to the customer's via email. If a order is placed and items not shipped or received, you should respond promptly to your customers on your customer service contact on your website NOT HERE ON REVIEWS. You're only responding here because potential future customers will see these negative reviews. You're a fraud company that needs to go out of business and will eventually if you dnt learn to value the customer.

Fabulous & amazing things to buy with good price

Opposite of some of the comments, I ordered it from the UK, it came early, well packaged with good tracking. I'd recommend

It has been a couple of days since I ordered two perfumes and yet I haven’t received any updates I tried to contact them by email but no response. If you are ordering from them please be aware that the shipping process might take up to 3 weeks because it almost been a week I ordered mine and yet no delivery has been done.

Ordered a niche perfume for £173 Still waiting for my order to be dispatched, ordered on 12/7/25 they advised 10 days to ship, today is 24/7/25 and item still say processing, sent 2 emails to customer service and received no response.
***Further update: today is the 28/7/205 item still not dispatched and I have sent a further 3 emails to customer service with no response… rang customer service on 28/7/25 for an update and received no answer. @frmoda.com It is good practice to notify customers of delays in dispatch items!
*** Further update: 2 further emails sent to customer service on 1/8/2025 emails ignored so contacted my bank and asked for full refund as fully lost patience,
*** further update: received email from customer service on 5/8/2025 saying problems with the supplier and not sure of delivery date and asked if I would like a refund or to wait for the order, I responded to wait, and then received further email on same day advising item should be dispatched in next 3-4 days… on 7/8/2025 received email that item has been dispatched …. Item delivered on 12/8/2025 , no issues with item, packaged well and as expected.

For UK buyers, please be aware that we are going to pay duty charges, I just paid 86£ for two bottles of fragrance but still have to Thank Frmoda for Boadicea fragrance, the fragrance are original and have a great discount, it took couple of weeks for delivery but customer services replied my email and informed me with date of delivery. I will not buy again based on duty free cost added. I will use UK retailers in the future.

Their delivery charges are extremely expensive but it sometimes balances out if you find a good price on the product you want. To the UK the delivery was just under a week and tracking updates all the way.

FRMODA let me know when I ordered that the item would take 10 days to ship, and 10 business days later it shipped. This felt like a long time, but of course I had been warned. Once the item shipped I got more updates through shippypro and then FedEx than I ever have before! The fragrance I bought was more affordable through FRMODA, even with shipping and duties, than anywhere else I could buy it.
