They are literally making up all of these fake reviews to try and hide the real customers one. Please don’t be naive and read the actual real reviews where customers have lost thousands of pounds with frozen brothers. Do not take out a machine with these guys it’ll be the worst business decision you ever make. Investing in a Tango Ice Blast machine from Frozen Brothers has been one of the worst business decisions I have ever made. Over the last three years, I have lost nearly £15,000 trying to make this machine work as a profitable investment.
The machine itself has been disappointing, but dealing with Frozen Brothers as a company has been even worse. Customer support has been poor, and instead of addressing genuine complaints, they appear to keep deleting their review pages and creating new ones to remove legitimate 1-star reviews from unhappy customers.
It honestly makes me question how major wholesalers like Booker and Bestway continue supporting and promoting this company without properly investigating the experiences of independent businesses that have suffered losses.
I would also urge Britvic to investigate this situation seriously and look into the number of customers who have wasted significant amounts of money on these machines. Many businesses deserve answers, accountability, and potentially refunds for what has turned out to be a completely unsuccessful and frustrating investment.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Frozen Brothers overall. The machines themselves have been extremely unreliable from the start — constant faults, repeated breakdowns, and ongoing issues that disrupt day-to-day operations. For a business that depends on this equipment, that level of inconsistency just isn’t acceptable.
What makes it even more frustrating is that these problems aren’t one-off incidents — they keep happening. The machines feel poorly built and not fit for purpose, especially considering what you’d expect when investing in this kind of equipment.
Raymond, the engineer, is constantly attending to fix the machines, which really says it all. To his credit, he’s excellent — always professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He clearly knows what he’s doing and does his best every time he’s called out.
Unfortunately, even with Raymond’s continued efforts, the same faults keep returning. A great engineer can only do so much when the machines themselves are unreliable.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Frozen Brothers based on my experience with their machines. The only positive takeaway has been the service from Raymond, who deserves recognition for dealing with an ongoing issue that shouldn’t be happening in the first place.

The machine was unreliable from early on and required repeated engineer call outs. In my case, I had around 30 engineer visits in under two years and the machine still never operated consistently. What I found frustrating is that you are expected to keep paying even when the machine is not working properly, which feels completely unfair when the product is meant to be used for trading.
Also, when you look at the reviews, there seem to be a large number of very positive comments about technicians. That may be because engineers are being sent out so often, not because the equipment is reliable. My issue was not the engineers turning up, it was that the machine kept failing.
On top of this, I experienced attempts to add extra charges that were not clearly agreed upfront. The worst purchase I have ever made for my business
