My experience with this company has been very bad. I paid for a nail cream, but they took the money and never sent the item.

I think I should have checked reviews first before purchasing as I had bought '6PCS Forest Animal Acorn Ornaments Set Cozy Forest Christmas Ornaments, Pine Cone' from a company called 'Fruugo'. This is nothing what I thought I was purchasing that was advertised as Christmas baubles or 'ornaments' as they are simply not but 'pictures of ornaments' that came in a tiny little white thin envelope. I have Chinese writing over one of them which does not appear genuine but a bad copy, therefore it appears the product looks 'copied' and a reproduction from something else? (Do you have permission for this?).
As advertised, If I gave this as a gift to a friend I think I would probably lose a friend, therefore in my experience from this it is not worth purchasing or recommended for myself or for a friend.
Therefore, I would prefer my money back (AED 54) and that's including 70% off. I feel this product is not exactly what I believe was advertised on 'Fruugo'. I believe this is a copied product from something else? I would post a picture of the product I received to help support my complaint as evidence but unfortunately this does not allow me the option?
Follow up from the message I received from you 'asking for more details that you stated if you don't hear from me, may not be able to help them recognize my review as been genuine' (That's an interesting thing to say?). First of all if it helps I'm human and to confirm the review is genuine; therefore may be you just don't like the honest reviews?.

Can you also allow me to provide photographic evidence on this site to help me to clarify more clearly any answers that you seek as you are advertising this product as an 'ornament' as it clearly isn't an 'ornament' as advertised it's false advertising it's a picture that's been taken and copied from something (probably without permission) onto acrylic is not an ornament and therefore not genuine. I don't know why you want my personal number as I am happy to discuss on here. Thank you.

Here is 4th message received from you but again with no explanation what your asking from me? I think this is now becoming harassment.

It was a super perfect experience..

I ordered last oct 25, 2025 , and delivery showing it will be November 14 2025. When i track the order its showing shipped. I inquire to their site to asked why its showing shipped in the tracking site and they replied back that the items got lost while segregating and they will do the refund after 2-5days . After that reply, suddenly i got deducted again for the 2nd times for the same amount that i ordered! They charged me for 2 times. Frogu site! Please make sure you are not a scam! I am waiting for the refund amout to be reflected as you mention after 2-5days .

It is a great book.
Delivery was ahead of shedule.
My experience was positive, hope your's is too.

Fast delivery

Very slow shipping and no customer updates. After almost two weeks, item still in their home country circling here and there. This is the first my will be my final order. No more after this. Thank you

shitty website its been 1 month and my order still not deliver.!

They send from China. Shipping takes forever and they don’t tell you that before ordering

I ordered the same items twice and it was never delivered both time, after waiting more than a month for each order also they didn't bother to deliver the items and also they didnt pay back. its scam to steel your money and please avoid ordering anything on Fruggo. I lost my time and money both. scammers are looting money in this company and there is one respond to your messages or mails.

Service accuracy

I ordered a perfume a month ago...still no email no confirmation on the delivery date...I hated this company

One month to get a book... I do not recommend buying on UAE website it's a Chinese drop shipping page

This is just a platform for random sellers. No responsibility. Ridiculously slow processing of orders and snail slow delivery. It took over a week to get a confirmation an item is shipped and tracking link leads to a complete Chinese page. Shipment is expected after another 15 days. Will never order from this site again

I ordered a book on 23 rd Aug
I have not received it. I was charged the cost of the book for the shipping charges which were not indicated on placing order and only when I was emailed the invoice I saw that . Considering it is a UAE site one never anticipated the shipment to cost that.
And the book is still not here despite so many assurances .
My messages regarding shipping cost and not having received order are ignored now.

Very responsible, on time delivery, and quality product in compititive price...
