I bought a light from this company and the remote does not work and the app to control it is non existent. Also it doesnt state that the light doesn't come with an Australian plug. It comes unassembled and it is a cheap garbage light which is expensive to purchase off then. They give you a help section.And when you go to send the email, it keeps failing.So basically they are not contactable. Rubbish STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE its very bad

Got what I wanted

Total and completly greedy mob. Email after email to let me know the change of delivery time, which could happen. Subsequently an email to tel me the order was delivered. Home at the time but no delivery!!
Tried to contact Fruugo, but that proved impossible. Responded to the ratings email. No response. Contacted Paypal to get a refund, only the item cost can be refunded not the $59.- shipping.
Overall experience shocking!

I love my new ear ring's, they are well made and good quality. I had lots of e mail updates so I was kept in the loop of when they would be coming, I don't have any problem's recommending fruugo.

Wrong information given. It was a big size coin folder waited more than a month and received little pocket size little coin holders. It’s a little toy .

I purchased a motorbike windscreen extension that fastens onto the host windscreen to reduce buffeting on the helmet at highway speeds.

All went fine with the purchase and the product is also good enough.Unfortunately, the 4 small rubber pads to provide the clamps with grip onto the host screen were not included in the package. It seems that the clamps have never been fitted with them, and they were not included in any shape or form in the package at all.

Not including these could create problems, and even serious injury to someone that fits the extension screen without them, as the clamps slip and slide on top of the host screen, and will likely fly off, hitting the rider right in the face at higher speeds.

Some purchasers may not realize that the clamps are supposed to have rubber pads for proper and safe grip. Without them, the screen extension is not secure. To my mind, this is an accident in the waiting to happen.

Also, I was surprised to find that, especially the top half of the (extension) screen refracts oncoming headlights while riding at night, providing some colorful ghosting lights atop and below each oncoming headlight, which can be distracting. My original windscreen does not do this.
