Delivery time was quite long by today’s standards and tracking throughout the delivery was sub standard. A lack of user manuals for the product was also poor. I would only recommend buying products that you know precisely what you are getting.

Phone cases
The phone cases I purchased looked.fine, were a snug fit, but were not deep enough to take the phone plus credit cards in the pouches - the magnetic feature could not engage because of the fatness. Delivery took 2 weeks, including shipping from an overseas country not very friendly to my own. Fruugo is listed as an Australian company, and I thought the cases would have been at least held in an Australian warehouse. Overall, it was a reasonable buying experience, but the. cases really weren't suited to everyday use because of being too snug.

I bought a light from this company and…
I bought a light from this company and the remote does not work and the app to control it is non existent. Also it doesnt state that the light doesn't come with an Australian plug. It comes unassembled and it is a cheap garbage light which is expensive to purchase off then. They give you a help section.And when you go to send the email, it keeps failing.So basically they are not contactable. Rubbish STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE its very bad
