I signed up for fubo while babysitting so I could access some kid-friendly programs. I had trouble canceling online, but customer service was prompt to help and refund my money quickly. If I am ever interested live tv services, I will choose to go with Fubo.
Was mildly challenging to cancel my subscription but that might just be me. Other than that, it was alright.
I am very frustrated and angry at Fubo. We got rid of our local cable TV because they kept raising the prices and not giving us anything. We got rid of it and bought a roku, which we live BUT we couldn't watch any football. We had to have football as we are huge Bills fans. I did some research and found fubo had NFL games in which we could find a game and choose what we wanted to watch but we found we couldn't watch our favorite team every week. Yesterday (Superbowl Sunday) was the last day of football. When my family and I sat down to enjoy the Superbowl. We couldn't watch the game because fubo didn't have it available to watch. So today I cancelled fubo. Not sure why they didn't have the Superbowl to show. Very frustrated and that will never happen again.
$100 a month was not enough to view the Super Bowl. ,
Fubo uses its terms of service to justify changing offering without giving warning or credits. You pay the same price but don't get what you signed up for. Youtube TV is a much better service. I just found out the Olympics and Super Bowl will not be available. So much for being a great sports based service.
They were advertising a free week trial, so I thought I'd give it a try. I wasn't impressed, so I cancelled on day 6. They charged me $85 for a month. I complained and asked for refund. They claimed they change the length of their trials all the time, and when I signed up they had changed it to 1 day. Yeah, right... so, if you try their free trial, be sure to cancel in the first 24 hours, no matter how long the trial was that you supposedly signed up for. OR, just avoid them like the scammers that they are.
It is absolutely appalling for Fubo to drop Peacock and thus not offer its customers the ability to watch the Superbowl as well as Winter Olympic coverage. Fubo is no longer a sports specialized programming platform as the Superbowl is the pinnacle of sports. So, do what it takes and bring Peacock back or I will be forced to go to youtubetv.
When I contacted Fubo to get help with updating my credit card information, I was routed to AI help (which wasn't much help at all. When I got the AI group to transfer me to a live representative (Marco), he quickly helped me to resolve my credit card update. Everything is now great!!
Got primarily to watch sports. To many issues with live sports. Would lose game or it would pause it. NEVER watched anything on the package I was FORCED to take. I don't follow my local sports teams. This is primary reason for cancelling.
Fubo is a huge scam. I did a 5 day free trial for sports and it never even had the games that I wanted to watch. So I cancelled it before the 5 days were up. Then they still decided to charge me $70 for an app I don’t have a subscription for and don’t even use. And they refuse to give the money back.
No NBC (no olympic coverage/ no super bowl coverage). Promised bill credits never seem to hit the account as promised. I have to call in to get them to issue the promised credits.
I used to like Fubo many years ago. A lot of stations are gone or they don’t have. The price has gone up and good stations have gone down. They replace them with stations that are probably seldomly watched by people. Picture quality is not the best.
Fubo promoted a 2 week FREE trial. I cancelled before the two weeks was up and was still charged $157. No refund. Lousy!
Horrible Horrible Horrible. I wish I could convince anyone to run away from this provider. After charging me for 4 months from an account I did not open, they are UNABLE to refund the money.
I signed up so I could watch the ball drop on nye. I made sure to cancel my subscription right after that, but apparently their auto cancel had an issue. So then I was charged. I tried to keep canceling just like it says in the app, but I guess that cancel button isn't real or it's completely broken and they don't give a crap. So I called. They said they would cancel it themselves right away and issue a refund, which I was grateful for, however, I still haven't seen any of that happen, so now, I will need to get a new card so they can't charge me anymore and go through hell updating everything. Thanks for the extra shit that I now need to do. Go with a different streaming service, one that doesn't scam you into thinking it's canceled and then proceeds to charge you anyway.
The representative was very helpful and was able to resolve my request
free trial cancelled well ahead of time, still charged
When YouTube TV dropped ESPN, I signed up for a FUBOTV "Three month FREE TRIAL". Cancel at anytime! I cancelled six days later. I received an email from a "cancellation site" called XPENDY stating the CC I used for FUBOTV was charged $14.95 for them to send a certified letter to FUBOTV confirming my cancellation. (I know). It took deep digging to find out who and what XPENDY was. Meanwhile I was charged for two months of service starting the day after I cancelled. I disputed all three charges with my CC company. The charges were reversed then the two FUBO charges added back because FUBO told my CC company I never cancelled. I checked my account and it showed Cancelled. After detailed conversation with FUBO's AI Customer Service (keep the flow going because if you delay even an hour in answering they dump the entire conversation and say they show no previous info) FUBO says they don't use any 3rd party cancellation site and don't know who XPENDY is. I continued to get non-answers! So...a three month Free Trial ended in multiple charges well within the cancellation date. FUBO is a scam!
