Found this site by accident while looking for Mickey Mouse products. Their pricing is superb, shipping is quick, selection far superior to other sites I have used (Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, Postmark). My husband says I have a "Doctorate" in on-line shopping, so I rate Fun.com A+++.

Shopping this site is... well, FUN!

I ordered from this company. For Christmas presents. They were great. And very punctual.

I want to specifically call out their customer service representative, Zane. He has been super helpful with what has turned out to be a somewhat complicated order. First, an automatic discount wasn’t correctly applied, and I only realized the error after I submitted my payment. Another representative responded to my email saying they provided a partial refund, which was great. However, I guess because it was a split tender, that refund went back to my account as store credit instead of to my credit card. I emailed back to inquire about the refund because I hadn’t seen it on my credit card. That’s when Zane responded and explained to me it went back as store credit and offered to switch it out and apply the refund to my credit card. Great!! Unfortunately, the story doesn’t end there. When I received my order a few days later, it was unfortunately damaged with nicks and scratches all over it. I emailed Zane back about this and apologized for being a pain with this order. He responded very quickly and immediately sent out a replacement and provided me with a shipping label to return the original one. The entire time I was communicating with Zane, he was super polite, friendly, and beyond helpful. I am very appreciative for everything he’s done to correct the various mishaps.

Santa Worked Overtime! I placed an order on Dec 21st. It was to arrive January 2nd. You wouldn't believe how surprised I was to see the package on my doorstep on Dec 24th! The way-exceeded my expectations! Can't wait to continue to shop on this new-to-me website since it offers great customer service!

I think the selection on Fun.com outpaces competitors as well as the prices. Their customer service is also what you'd hope for from a small business. I spend hours online trying to find items to complete an outfit and often find myself browsing fun.com for hours. The items get a "Where did you get that?!" when worn so I'd say the quality is well worth it! I was able to have a size change done the day after Christmas. That's customer service worth investing in!

2023 was the first year I decided to do the Ugly Christmas Sweater thing. I stumbled across the Fun.com website, where they have lots of amazing things to choose from. I found they had a Kevin Smith Dogma Buddy Christ sweater, and had to have it. I ordered it, and a couple other sweaters for my family, and they were all perfect. Made out of good quality material, and made Christmas that much more better! Highly recommend checking them out. They have so much more great stuff, other than their Sweaters.

I have bought so many unique items from this retailer over the years, and it's an enjoyable experience every single time. All of my items ship so quickly, they arrive in pristine condition, and the sizes are extremely accurate when I buy costumes or clothes. I haven't had to return anything since I started shopping from their website a few years ago. I'm a fan for sure!
