I'm really happy with my purchases from Fun.com. The Hogwarts Mystery Box was only $10 plus $6 shipping but worth over $100. I also bought a Christmas Vacation soft blanket that is pretty awesome too.

Fun.com is my favourite place to get gifts. They literally have something for everyone whether it’s meant to be nostalgic or current. They have great unique gifts you can’t get anywhere else. Their items are geared towards kids and adults.

I told fun.com to cancel my order since an item wound up being out of stock. After canceling the order on my end, they charged me anyway!! I have email proof that I canceled the order and I told customer service and they said there was nothing they can do since the item was out of stock. STAY AWAY!!!

Fixed a mistake quickly, still GREAT! I've ordered many times from Fun.Com so it was a matter of time before I encountered an error. Once I contacted them they were quick to resolve it and didn't drag it out.
It really is a "FUN" site to shop on!

Never received my package. Called customer service and they told me to contact my local law enforcement agency. "Probably stolen, call the police, not our problem" Apparently they can't send packages with signature required option, even if your willing to pay extra.

Buyer beware!!!!!!

Costumes are not as described and they Run extremely small. After reading several reviews and taking measurements for the extra precaution this product is still 2 sizes too small. For an Example: we ordered a Large Men’s costume for a 140lb 5’4 Man(typically that should be a s/m) … the inseam was so small that he couldn’t get the costume all the way up as it was cutting into his skin. Product was returned within 7 days of purchase and company did not refund us. When I initially called in late October I was told that it can take at least 4 weeks. 4 weeks came and went I had to call several times and was told it was coming. I eventually had to file a complaint with PayPal to try and get my money. I requested an itemized receipt for the refund which they refuse to provide and it was never given the case was closed and the company stated to me that they had refunded PayPal indeed they had not per PayPal. I had to call again and after a threat to dispute the charge with the my actual bank I was finally told she would be processing the refund through PayPal… then I was also told that since I filed a complaint with PayPal and I didn’t accept the offer they were under no obligations to refund me as if she was doing me a favor. My multiple requests for proof of itemized refund was ignored. Although I did receive a partial refund in the end beware you can not return without paying ungodly fees and do not expect a timely refund. From time of purchase to time of return 7 days finally getting a refund took over 60 days and multiple calls and threats to report to get a refund.

Questionable ethics by this company.
