Help from lily
Help from lily. She was amazing when part of the slide wasn't delivered. She we t out of her way to help. I would give 5 stars to her but just reduced to 4 stars when I considered overall experience with fun bikes. The item instructions were difficult to understand, and we are usually pretty good at assembling things.

Wrong size sent out the second time not happy with service at all on top of helmet price I have paid £20 to return to yourselves even though second helmet was labelled as xl it was smaller than the first one this was explained but to no avail

After you advised that the original helmet was too small, we arranged an exchange for a larger size, with the returned helmet being received back in new and unused condition.
Unfortunately, after receiving the replacement helmet, you advised that this size was also unsuitable. As a result, the replacement helmet was returned and a full refund was issued for it.
We understand your frustration regarding the return costs incurred throughout the process. However, both helmets supplied matched the sizes selected during the ordering and exchange process. Our website also provides full measuring instructions and a size guide to help customers choose the most suitable helmet before ordering.

The lad that served me was very helpful and answered all my questions relating the bikes I was asking about. Did give me the wrong size helmet for my son tho. So now stuck with the wrong size that is too small. He did mention he hadn’t been working there long tho (mistakes happen) over all I’m was satisfied

Bought a bike from them it was defective slower than advertised and rear wheel was misaligned battery had sag and under load wouldnt move very fast tried to return 7 days after purchase and I have had to go through my bank to get my money back there customer service is absolutely appalling and there products are no where near what there website advertised been an absolute nightmare trying to work with them DO NOT BUY THERE PRODUCTS they will breach your consumer rights they will try bully you into having repairs instead of a refund or a swop please dont make the same mistake that I did

We are sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience.
From the outset, we advised that the vehicle would need to be assessed by our workshop before we could confirm whether the issue reported was due to a genuine manufacturing defect or another cause. This is a standard part of our warranty and returns process and allows our technicians to properly inspect and diagnose the vehicle before any resolution is agreed.
We did invite you to bring the bike to us for assessment, however you advised that you would only be happy to do so if an immediate swap or refund was provided on the spot, which unfortunately we could not guarantee without inspection first. To try and minimise inconvenience, we also offered to arrange collection of the bike from your address for assessment, which was declined at the time.
We understand your frustration, however we must follow the correct process to ensure faults are properly verified and handled fairly. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed following assessment, we would of course proceed with the appropriate resolution in line with consumer rights and our warranty procedures.
Our intention throughout has been to assist and resolve the matter appropriately once the vehicle has been inspected by our technicians.

Had a pull start issue, so called customer services. Lily helped me send an email via we transfer as Gmail wasnt showing my pictures.
Lily then spoke to a technican who sent me a new part and advised to change the angle I pull the cord. Massively appreciate it. Lily is an asset to fun bikes!
