Criminals !

Accidentally placed an order twice for my daughter’s Christmas and as this wasn’t able to be cancelled I was told that I could return once I received.

Only thing was there was no return details within the box and no access to a return portal via my account.

No response from a number of emails (Auto reply says I would hear back within 1-2 days… still waiting) and no response to any of the chatbot requests that were “aparently” passed to the relevant team. Probably just used to make it look like there is some sort of customer service but there is zero!

I would avoid at all costs. Do not give them your money. I’m £43 out of pocket here

Would give zero if it was an option

Would give zero if it was an option. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs! Ordered 4 funko pops for Christmas gifts and a box of 3 arrived. The time and effort to get the missing item delivered was unbelievable. The worst thing is the lack of response to emails. I’m now fighting a loosing battle trying to get a refund for two items I have returned. There is absolutely no response to emails and there is no phone number to call. AVOID AVOID AVOID is you want to stay sane!!!

contrary to all of the bad reviews, i ordered a custom funko pop and it came a week earlier than the estimated delivery date, and it was also super good quality. i could of been extremely lucky but i had a great experience.

Terrible terrible company.

Terrible terrible company.
Order placed in November for a Pop yourself figure. Turned up with an accessory missing which I contacted them about and said they would ship asap. Got the dispatch email but then a cancellation email a day later. Have had no replies since and now 2 months later.

If I could leave 0 stars I would

If I could leave 0 stars I would, ordered my customised Funko for a present on 16/12/2025 still not received it, contacted them via email and was asked to provide details which I did. This was over a month ago and still no reply. What a truly awful company, I gave them the benefit of the doubt over the Xmas period but this is ridiculous, no customer care or contact. No phone number to ring to speak to a human being. Will never recommend this company, terrible service all they’re interested in is your money. Will be a miracle if I ever receive my order. I have left my order number in the hope they may actually try to resolve this but I’ll hold my breath!

Ok but they use Amazon

Delivered promptly. Quality seems fine. I wont order again only because they use amazon logistics and id rather avoid that organisation. Funko products were good though

What has happened to Funko Europe?!

I have bought from this company in the past with no issues but something happened to them from November onwards - they managed to lose both an order and then the replacement for that missing order “in the post” - very disappointing. To lose one would be forgivable but to lose a second when it didn’t even get past “awaiting courier collection” has meant I will never use the company again. I had to request a refund and although this was promptly issued they have lost a customer as how can I ever trust then to send any order I place.

As a VAT-registered business customer

As a VAT-registered business customer, we require proper invoices for accounting and VAT compliance.

Funko Europe failed to provide invoices for recent orders and blamed internal system issues. Even after sending a second reminder, we received no reply.

Lack of transparency and poor customer service. This creates serious compliance problems for business customers.

Would not recommend for professional use.

Terrible logistics and unilateral refund for missing sale items

I have been a loyal customer with over 30 orders, but my recent experiences have been unacceptable.
Order 1 (Dec 2025): Two items with a 70% discount were missing from a massive order. After a month of back-and-forth and a mistake by Funko (sent the wrong figures ,which I proactively alerted, still in transit ), they issued a unilateral refund. By doing this, they robbed me of the 70% discount opportunity, as I now have to pay double the price elsewhere due to their warehouse error.
Order 2 (Jan 2026): Two more items were missing and one arrived damaged. While the missing items were sent, the promised replacement for the damaged one (confirmed Jan 19th) still has no tracking number.
Customer Service Fail: I’ve requested multiple times to escalate these issues to a manager to discuss a fair compensation (like a voucher) for the lost discounts and logistical mess. My requests for escalation on Jan 28th and 30th have been completely ignored.
It is disappointing that a long-term customer is treated with automated-like responses and zero accountability for warehouse mistakes. I am still waiting for my tracking number and a fair resolution for the lost 70% discount items.

Odered two Pops and got none

Odered two Pops and got none. The Package has magically disappeared. Funko says they have delivered it to the courier (DHL), but they say they have not received the package. After a week of no movement i had to contact Funko first and not they other way around. After they realised the order was lost they told me I could either get a refund or they could ship out another order with what they have in stock. I told them I would like the exact the same order shipped again free of charge since they still have the Pops in stock. Been over 4 days and have gotten no answer. To sum up do not order from here, you are more likely to actually get your Pops if you order from a scam website than the actual legit one.

DON'T EXPECT WHAT YOU PAID FOR

Complete scam artists, I ordered a Pop Yourself figure with 2 chargeable accessories in November, the order arrived missing 1 accessory. No worries I was told, we've reshipped your order, 2 weeks later still no delivery, on chasing was told it's on its way soon. 3 weeks later...accessory is suddenly out of stock but we're not going to give you a refund because the main part of your order is correct, we'll give you 15% off your next order as a gesture of goodwill. Oh and no mention of the blatant lies about reshipping!!
A discount code is not a gesture of goodwill when you have already got money for something you haven't supplied. I want the accessory I paid for or a refund for it.

Disgraceful service: €677.50 taken, no goods delivered, refund requests ignored

I placed an order on November 17, 2025, for a total of €677.50, including express shipping.
It is now January 31, 2026, and I have received nothing.

I have contacted support multiple times (Dec 18, Jan 12, Jan 19) to exercise my right to cancel and request a full refund.
Apart from one automated-style reply in November saying it was "awaiting carrier," there has been ZERO communication and NO refund.

This is a clear breach of consumer rights.
I have been forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank and report this to the European Consumer Centre.

Avoid Funko Europe if you value your money!!!

They’re taking the Fun out of Funko!

I made the crazy purchase of a Convention bundle worth over £500! A few of the exclusives had sold out so I figured this would be the only way to get hold of them.

First problem was that when I opened the already damaged package (granted that is not Funko’s fault) the protection of the figures inside was non existent, they were rubbed up against each other and of course some of them were very dented and some even ripped from the journey it had. With the value of the damages it amounts to around £100 worth of value which is not just a little dent here and there!

Granted these things happen, but the most disappointing thing about this whole experience is the lack of support received from Funko when contacting them about a £500+ order! Ok you shouldn’t prioritise anyone’s order over another order just because of how much it cost, but to receive nothing at all is outrageous.

I have contacted them 4 times (it’s been about 3 months since the delivery) and I’ve had a automated response each time saying the usual rubbish like “we’ll get back to you as soon as we can” blah blah.

I’ve completely lost faith in this company now and I only buy from them if a figure that I REALLY want is only available exclusively on their website, otherwise I will always try buy from somewhere else or even off eBay as people take more care in packaging etc than these “big” companies do!

Don't pay £9 for express delivery !!!

Ordered 2 business days ago for express delivery, paying £9 for this.
No emails apart from "thanks for your order"
Just tracked it, not even been dispatched yet !!
So £9 for standard delivery then.
Requesting a refund from my credit card and taking to trading standards.
Not fulfilling orders on time and lying about delivery times.
Not good enough !!

Very disappointed

Very disappointed! I have never received my order even though the order is paid for.

According to the tracking information, the package was dispatched, and I have been in contact with the delivery company regarding this matter. They informed me that Funko provided their own contact details to them instead of mine. As a result, I was never contacted by the delivery company when the package arrived at the parcel shop. Under these circumstances, it is understandable that I was unable to collect the package.
I find this handling of my order extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I have made several attempts to resolve this issue by contacting their customer service—both via the contact form on your website and through an email address listed on their Facebook page—but I have not received any response.

I ordered some Funkos for my mum’s…

I ordered some Funkos for my mum’s birthday. They came today with the boxes damaged. Her birthday is in two days and I won’t be able to get replacements in time. For a little context these Funkos are new releases and I bought the m the second they came out. Unfortunately, I’m just going to have to give them to her and hope she doesn’t mind it too much.

Great place to buy all my pops.

I decided to leave a review after getting my recent pops and was surprised by all the negative ones on here. I have been buying from Funko for a while now and I have never had any problems. Yes the shipping can be slower than Amazon for some people but to me it’s worth the wait knowing my Funko’s will all arrive in excellent condition. I have no problems at all with missing items or anything like that. And to the person who picked the chase on my Dean Winchester..in the famous words of the man himself…..you’re awesome!

Embarassing is a kind word.

Made an order on Funko's italian site and I received an email from DHL saying I have to pay customs. Tried to reach out to Funko and I was completely and utterly IGNORED. That's why people buy from resellers. They are so embarassing. No, wait, "embarassing" is a kind word. Don't ever buy from them. EVER.

I have been a long-standing Funko…

I have been a long-standing Funko customer and was disappointed by how my recent issue was handled.
I raised a legitimate problem regarding my order and contacted customer support on multiple occasions. While I did receive responses, they were slow and did not result in a clear or timely resolution.
I allowed a reasonable period for the issue to be resolved and followed up in good faith, but the matter remains outstanding. The lack of effective communication and ownership has been frustrating.
I hope Funko improves its customer service and complaint handling, particularly for loyal customers.
