Scam. Never sent items, tracking # was fake, never issued credit. They said the item didn't pass quality control and they would send it when it was done AND refund the purchase price. They made this offer to send item 12-13-23 and 12-15-23. Said they would ship when item was complete. Neither ever happened.
Customer service was very responsive to all my emails but never sent product or refund.
*Edit***. Yes I got the refund but I had to request it from PayPal. I did receive the item. It was shipped after I posted the complaint. I have the USPS info showing the dates. Unless you want a huge hassle and potential issues with your payment method being stolen I would order somewhere else. I only got results from PayPal and 3rd party review sites.

Here is the email they sent after I reviewed the transaction. Its similar to the one they sent 12-13-23, 12-15-23, and 12-29-23:

If you did not receive the refund, we can totally help check it, as I confirmed to process refund on your order, why should we being scammed or take your money 🙁 You could also read other reviews on our side, we are not a small business that scams people, we have had many customers for years and this year too. It should have been my fault in not supporting you well, I am sorry for my personal mistake in customer support.

I have seen your dispute with Paypal. We also confirmed with them about the refund attempt we made. It may be held on 12/15 that not reflected on your account.

About your order, I confirmed that it was shipped out late due to quality check step, and I confirmed to process the refund and still ship it (my email on 12/13). The package was shipped then but not showing movement, so I have confirmed to mark it as "lost" till today, though USPS does not compensate for us anything. This is our support with your issue and understanding for your concern.

If you agree, we still want to remake the hoodie and ship it to you although we processed the refund, as my last promise with you. I have been responsive and will always be.

I ordered matching avengers PJ’s for the family, initially in white with red sleeves. I washed them before wearing them & unfortunately the white area became a little pink. After reaching out to the company they recommended hand washing for the initial wash but we’re very courteous & quick to help me get pajamas that looked nice. We opted to replace them with black shirts with red sleeves that are iron on vs screen print & very nice. They came out of the wash perfectly & we can’t wait to wear them for Christmas! My 3.5 year old son is especially excited! Thank you Jenny for all of your help in resolving this matter!

Excellent Costumer Service! I live in Australia and needed to receive my order in a certain time frame. I emailed to check if this was possible and was responded to with all the information I need to ensure I received my order on time.

Well, I tried to leave a review on the #funnyuglychristmassweater.com web-site but, apparently, they only allow reviews that they like....and I was even going to give the product a 4/5. I guess they don't want people to know that they don't honor their own policy.
As soon as I saw the "I Smell Snow Gilmore Girls Ugly Christmas Sweater", I ordered it (very early) to put away and save for my daughter’s next birthday. It’s still a few months away, but I’m sure she’ll love it. The only problem that I had was that the title says “sweater” and the description says that it’s made of “Air Jet Spun YARN”. These two things lead me to believe that this was, in fact, a sweater. It is NOT a sweater. It’s a sweatshirt that looks like a sweater. I never looked at the size chart because I just know that my daughter always wears a medium in SWEATERS. So I ordered a medium. When I received this item, it was SWEATSHIRT! In sweatshirts, my daughter prefers them oversized and wears a large. Had I known that this was a SWEATSHIRT, I would have ordered a large in the first place.
The Funny Ugly Sweater return policy states, “Full-refund if the item is not as described.” This is not as described!! Clearly, this is not a “sweater”, nor is it made of “yarn”, but they still refused to exchange this item for a large. They offered a 50% discount so that I could purchase a replacement…which I did because I know my daughter will love it, but they should have honored their policy!!! At the very least, I would think that they would have corrected their web-site by now so that it's clear that this is a SWEATSHIRT, NOT a sweater. However, it still says that it’s a "sweater" and description still says that it’s made of “yarn”. The only place that there is any indication that this might be a “sweatshirt” is if you look at the size chart (which I didn't need to as my daughter is a small or medium in everything except for sweatshirts).
If you’re thinking about purchasing this item, it is very cute, but order according to what you wear in a sweatshirt because it’s not a yarn sweater!!!

I ordered a sweater for my husband for Christmas. He is a true large in shirts, but unfortunately the large sweater was too tight. I contacted the company and heard back within 24 hours. They placed a new order for me in a larger size and were so helpful in answering my questions. The XL sweater arrived today and it’s perfect!

This company went above and beyond for me! I ordered my amazing sweater and then completely panicked that I wouldn’t get it in time for my Christmas party. I emailed them for shipping clarification and they were super responsive and went out of their way (in what I know is a crazy busy time for them) to make sure my package got shipped out and in my hands in time to be the talk of the party! This company is legit and I not only wore my Jordan dunking on Santa sweater to that party but to four more after that and every time it was a hit. They made me look like a rockstar! I had the same email issue with them at the first time. However, I texted them and they resolve it quickly. Will buy more ugly sweaters soon

Ordered two sweaters a month before Xmas for a party and didn't receive them until almost a month after because they are shipped from China. I was fine with that because the sweater party I was going to was canceled anyway due to covid. Unfortunately, the small sweater came as a 5XL. I put in a support ticket for replacing the 5xl sweater and was requested to send pictures with order info, which I did. After that, I have not heard back from the company after multiple emails and 2 more support tickets put in. Ironically, I received a generic text from "The Owner" Steven, reaching out to me "Personally" to see if I liked my order. Stating they are always available at the support email address LOL!!!!. Oh, and don't try calling, it's always busy or it will just ring until they hang up. I just want the correct size sweater I order so it can match the other one I got. Frustrating and disapointing.
