The mansion dolls house ......

The mansion dolls house looks awesome. It was bought for my 6 year daughter for Christmas so we haven’t yet opened the box and erected it yet. I know she will love it and so will her Barbie’s. The item arrived very quickly from Fun Time Toy Company!

Initially I was very impressed with the …

Initially I was very impressed with the Fun Time Toy Company, their website and the very competitive price I paid for the item I'd ordered. However, they had advertised 1-2 day delivery against the item - I also emailed them directly specifying which day would be convenient as I knew it was a large item. I eventually received the item 8 days after ordering and it was just left outside for my daughter to see when we arrived home from school. On this basis I would probably not recommend them unfortunately.

Very fast delivery and great price

Very fast delivery I was a bit worried at first ordering from them as I had never heard of the company but paid via PayPal and they were the cheapest price compared with Argos and Amazon. Very happy with the service and delivery. I haven't opened the box yet as I ordered the kiddicraft Cinderella Disney princess castle for my daughter for Christmas and won't build it until Christmas eve. Would definitely recommend this company for great prices and fast delivery.

Brilliant service best toy company

Brilliant service, super quick delivery, good communication,
Bought my Granddaughter a play kitchen for Christmas this year 2017 transaction couldn't have gone smoother and it was the cheapest price I found on the internet. I believe they are a family business and they run it well. Would definitely shop again.

My only criticism

My only criticism of the whole procedure is the fact there was no extra packaging on the outside of the item, and there was some damage to the box. Otherwise the price was good and the delivery fast.

Absolutely recommend

Amazing price on the product I ordered, best I could find anywhere. Website was fab and really informative on the product. Super fast delivery as well and everything packaged perfectly. Was hesitant using them as had never before and hadn't heard of them but would highly recommend and use again for sure. Couldn't ask for better!

Goods fine

Goods fine. Not happy that I had to pay extra to send gift to Scotland and only found out two days after placing order. Don’t see why mainland uk should not have a flat rate.
