Order placed on the 15/12 and then cancelled on the 18/12.

Very poor communication and now I've got to find somewhere to buy the item that will deliver in time for Christmas.

Fast delivery and much cheaper than argos etc i can not comment yet on the doll house as it is a christmas present and not set up.

I was so impressed with the customer service I received from Angela.
After 2 weeks of not receiving my order (Yodel are rubbish!!) Angela rang me to check if I'd received my order, as she could see it was still pending on the Yodel tracker. After telling her I hadn't received it, without hesitation Angela processed another order for me to be sent out immediately, which I then received 2 days later.
This was my daughter's main Christmas present, so thank you so much Angela for doing something that many companies wouldn't! I would not hesitate to use this company again. Fantastic service!
