Prompt and helpful
The lads phoned us when they were 10 mins away, we live on a major road. They then helped us indoors with the three large solar panels. Efficient, prompt, and within the scheduled delivery window.

I did not have my radiator values delivered with the radiators. I have email and just got back someone will be in contact in 2 or 3 day. Not good for me I can not fit them without the values. That means I won't get paid....

2nd delivery had to be payed for a…
2nd delivery had to be payed for a matress, as Furdeco wouldn't follow customer instructions.
When delivered, an incision mark was discovered on the side, the outer package was dirty as was stored poorly and in a dirty environment cause stains on my walls and ceilling. Very poor communications skills over the phone, was a huge hassle hopefully we will never have to ise tgis company again, all bad reviews on google shows the reality.

Not often does a delivery/courier service exceed expectations but this one does. They delivered on time with live tracking so you could literally follow the van. The phone call to book the delivery I was also helpful. 10/10.
